How to change the disc on the FEIN CG 15125 BLP Inox angle grinder?
Make sure the tool is unplugged. Press and hold the spindle lock button. Unscrew the clamping nut with the supplied wrench. Remove the used disc. Mount the new disc respecting the mounting direction (the grinding surface must be recessed 2 mm from the edge of the guard). Screw the nut back on and tighten firmly. Release the lock button.
What is the purpose of the electronic speed preselection?
The electronic speed preselection allows you to adjust the rotation speed according to the working tool and material. For example, use high speed for grinding and reduced speed for brushing or sanding, to optimize the result and preserve the tool.
What to do if the grinder stops suddenly during use?
This may be due to the stall controller or electronic overload protection. Set the switch to off, remove the tool from the workpiece, check that the accessory is not damaged. Wait a few moments, then restart the tool. If the problem persists, contact FEIN after-sales service.
How to clean the inside of the grinder?
Regularly blow dry and oil-free compressed air through the ventilation slots to remove conductive dust (especially after metal work). This preserves double insulation and proper operation.
What accessories can I use with this model?
Use exclusively original FEIN accessories compatible with M14 spindle thread. Authorized: grinding discs (type 27), cutting discs, flap discs, sanding pads, steel wire cup brushes, diamond perforators. Follow mounting and speed instructions.

Yes, it can be used for sanding with a sanding pad and suitable abrasive sheets. For this, mount the type B protection guard (guard for sanding) and use the supplied auxiliary handle. The speed can be reduced via the preselection.
How does the dead man's switch work?
The dead man's switch is not lockable. It must be held down continuously for the tool to operate. As soon as you release it, the tool stops immediately, reducing risks in case of loss of control.
What does the flashing green LED indicator mean?
A flashing green LED indicates a thermal overload. The tool reduces its speed to protect itself (power limitation). Let it cool down or reduce the workload. If the LED turns off, there is a fault; check the power cord.
Can I use this grinder for cutting metal?
Yes, it is designed for cutting metal and stone with bonded or diamond cutting discs. Always mount the type A protection guard and respect the maximum speed indicated on the disc. Never cut without a guard.
How to properly mount the protection guard?
Push the protection guard onto the tool housing until the two closing hooks audibly click into place. Check that the guard is firmly attached and cannot rotate. To remove it, open the hooks and take off the guard.
