Was... t...e lid, t...e over rack and t...e spatula wit... ...ot soapy water.

Use of the device

Connect t...e t...ermostat unit to t...e plu, on side of wok and connect to t...e eart... socket.

Adjust t...e temperature on maximum and wait t...e wok ...eat. Add a little cookin,, oil and adjust t...e cookin,, temperature to t...e desired settin,. W...en t...e Indicator li,...t ,oes off, t...e temperature ...as been reac...ed and t...e wok is ready. Do not cover t...e wok wit... t...e lid w...en ...eatin,, up t...e cookin,, oil.

Cook t...e food by movin,, nonstop wit... t...e bamboo spatula.

W...en cookin,, is complete, move t...e temperature dial to "0" position and take food out of t...e wok ri,...t away.
