How to turn the speaker on and off?

To turn on, press and hold the Power button for about 2 seconds until the blue light turns on. To turn off, repeat the same operation until the light turns off.

How to pair the speaker via Bluetooth?

Turn on the speaker, it automatically enters Bluetooth mode. On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for 'KM Explorer'. Select it and, if prompted, enter code 0000. An audio signal confirms the connection.

How to use AUX mode?

Connect a 3.5 mm jack cable to the AUX input of the speaker and to your audio source. The speaker automatically switches to AUX mode (white light). Control the volume from the speaker, track selection from the source.

How to play music from a USB flash drive or microSD card?

Insert the USB flash drive or microSD card into the corresponding port. The speaker automatically switches to USB or microSD mode (white light). Use the + and - buttons for tracks and volume.

How to connect two speakers in TWS mode?

Make sure speaker A is connected to your device. Turn on speaker B. On speaker A, press and hold the TWS button for 3 to 5 seconds until the white light flashes. Once paired, music plays on both. To disconnect, press and hold TWS again.

How to charge the speaker?

Connect the provided USB Type C cable to the speaker and to a 5V/1A charger or a computer. The charging lights flash during charging and stay solid when complete. Then unplug.

Can I charge my phone with the speaker?

Yes, the speaker has a USB output (5V/1A) for charging external devices. Connect your phone with a USB cable (not provided) to this output; the speaker must be on.

What to do in case of malfunction?

Try resetting the speaker by inserting a thin object (toothpick, paperclip) into the reset hole. If the problem persists, contact an authorized service center. Do not disassemble the device yourself.

What is the battery life of the speaker?

The speaker offers up to 7 hours of battery life in continuous playback. Actual time may vary depending on volume and usage mode.

How to clean the speaker?

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the speaker. Do not use chemicals or detergents. Always unplug the speaker before cleaning.

Read the instruction manual carefully before first use and keep it for future reference. Producer is not responsible for damages caused by inappropriate handling and use of the device.

1. Protect this product from moisture, humidity, water and any other liquid. Avoid using/storing it in extreme temperatures. Do not expose it to direct sunlight and sources of heat.
2. Keep the volume at a reasonable level throughout entire time of using the speakers. To prevent damage to your hearing, do not raise the volume too high.
3. Stop using the speakers if you feel a tinnitus, hearing discomfort, irritation or have other adverse reactions.
4. Disconnect the device from the power supply if it is not going to be used for a long time.
5. Use only authorized accessories.
6. Do not place heavy objects on the device.
7. Do not attempt to repair this device yourself. In case of damage, contact with an authorized service point for check-up/repair.
8. ALWAYS disconnect this device from power supply mains before cleaning.
9. Clean this device with soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use any abrasives or chemical agents to clean this product.

OPERATION

Turn on/off

Press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds to turn on the device (blue backlight of the power button lights up). The device will issue a voice prompt and automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Press and hold the power button again to turn off the device (blue backlight of the power button goes off).

If after pressing the power button, the device is not turning on, it may be due to low battery. Please charge the battery and try again.

Play/ pause music

Press the play/ pause button.

Previous/ next track

Press the - button to go to previous track. Press the + button to go to next track.

Decrease/ increase volume

Press and hold the - button to decrease volume. Press and hold the + button to increase volume.

Answer/ end/ reject call

Press the play/pause button to answer/end call. Press and hold this button to reject call.

Note: Remain within 1 meter from the speaker's microphone for the best call quality.

PAIRING

1. Press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds to turn on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth mode* (blue backlight of the power button blinks quickly).
2. Please keep the speaker and external device close to each other when pairing.
3. Enable Bluetooth function on the external device and search for new Bluetooth devices.
4. Select and connect with this device (KM Explorer). Enter password "0000" if necessary.
5. The speaker will issue a voice prompt signifying a successful pairing; blue backlight of the power button stops blinking.
6. When playing music, blue backlight of the power button blinks slowly. When music is paused, blue backlight stops blinking.

* If the device will not enter Bluetooth mode automatically after power on or if you want to switch to Bluetooth mode, press the BT button to manually enter pairing mode.

Press and hold the BT button for about 2 seconds to disconnect with current external device and reenter pairing mode.

Notes:

• Every time the speaker is switched on, it will connect to last connected device automatically. Please note, your device must be on with Bluetooth function turned on.
  • The device will turn off automatically after about 10 minutes of no operation.

AUX MODE

1. Use the 3,5 mm jack cable and connect one plug of the cable to the speaker's AUX input.
2. Connect the other plug into the 3,5 mm output of the external device you wish to play music from.
3. The device should automatically enter AUX mode. If jack cable has been connected to the speaker before power on, press the power button to enter AUX mode (backlight of the power button should change from blue to white).
4. Start playing music from your device.
5. During music playback, white backlight of the power button blinks. When music is paused, white backlight is on.
6. Control music playback and volume from the speaker. Use connected external device to select desired track.

USB MODE

1. Connect the USB drive to the USB input of the speaker.
2. The device should automatically enter USB mode. If USB drive has been connected to the speaker before power on, press the power button to enter USB mode (backlight of the power button should change from blue to white).
3. Start playing music from your device.
4. During music playback, white backlight of the power button blinks. When music is paused, white backlight is on.
5. Control music playback, volume and track selection from the speaker.

MICROSD CARD MODE

1. Insert the microSD card into the appropriate slot of the speaker.
2. The device should automatically enter microSD mode. If microSD card has been inserted into the slot before power on, press the power button to enter microSD card mode (backlight of the power button should change from blue to white).
3. Start playing music from your device.
4. During music playback, white backlight of the power button blinks. When music is paused, white backlight is on.
5. Control music playback, volume and track selection from the speaker.

CHARGING

1. Connect USB Type-C plug of the included charging cable to the USB Type-C socket of the speaker.
2. Connect the other plug to the compatible PC USB port or AC charger.
3. When the battery is charging, charging indicators are blinking.
4. When the battery is fully charged, all charging indicators are on.
5. Disconnect the charging cable from the speaker and power source.

CHARGING EXTERNAL DEVICE

1. Make sure the speaker is turned on.
2. Connect the external device with the USB cable (not included in the set) to the USB output of the speaker.
3. Charging should start automatically.

TWS MODE

You can connect only the speakers of the same model. You can connect speakers only when in Bluetooth mode.

1. Make sure the speaker A is already connected with the external device.
2. Turn on the speaker B.
3. Press and hold the TWS button of the speaker A for about 3 to 5 seconds. White backlight of the TWS button blinks.
4. After successful connection between the speakers, white backlight of the TWS button is on.
5. Now both speakers should simultaneously play music.
6. You can disconnect the speakers by pressing and holding the TWS button on either speaker for about 3 seconds.
7. Manage all functions using buttons on either speaker.

RESET

If abnormal condition occurs to the device during use, insert hard and slim object (for example a toothpick or a clip) inside the reset socket until the button is pressed. The speaker should reset.
