How to install the wall mount for the Optoma 5652RK?

Use an Optoma approved wall mounting kit. Attach the dual mounting brackets to the back of the screen with the provided screws, then fix the wall mount to a concrete wall using the anchors. Align and hang the brackets onto the wall mount, then tighten the fixing screws. The maximum load capacity is 160 kg.

What to do if the screen does not turn on?

Check that the power cord is plugged in correctly and the power switch is ON (I). Ensure the wall outlet is working. If the LED indicator remains off, contact Optoma customer service.

How to connect a computer via HDMI?

Use a standard HDMI cable to connect your computer's HDMI output to one of the screen's HDMI ports (1, 2, or 3). Then select the corresponding HDMI source in the shortcut menu (press the Source button on the remote or swipe up from the bottom of the screen).

How to use the whiteboard function (Creative Board)?

Press the CB icon in the side toolbar or on the remote. Create a new session and use the tools: pen, eraser, shapes, file import, etc. You can also annotate, share, and collaborate remotely.

How to mirror my smartphone screen to the TV?

Ensure your smartphone and the screen are on the same Wi-Fi network. Launch the Creative Cast app on your smartphone, select the Optoma screen from the list, enter the verification code displayed on the screen, then press Start Broadcasting. You can also use built-in AirPlay or Chromecast.

How to adjust brightness and picture mode?

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the OSD menu, then tap the Image icon. There you can adjust display mode (Presentation, Bright, Cinema, HDR, Custom), brightness, contrast, color, and color temperature.

How to update the screen software?

Go to Android Settings > System > Update. Enable OTA update to automatically receive new versions via the internet, or use a USB stick formatted in FAT32 containing the uncompressed update file. Do not turn off the screen during the update.

What to do if the remote control does not work?

Check that the batteries are inserted correctly (two AAA batteries) and are not depleted. Point the remote at the screen's IR receiver within 8 meters and ±30°. Ensure no obstacles block the signal between the remote and the screen.

How to clean the touch screen without damaging it?

Unplug the power. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the screen. Never use water, liquid cleaners, abrasives, or solvents. For the front bezel, a dry cloth is sufficient.

Does the screen have an eye protection function?

Yes, the screen features Low Blue Light technology (TÜV Rheinland certified). You can adjust the blue light level in the display menu. It is recommended to take a 10-minute break after each hour of continuous use and look into the distance regularly.
