BEFORE USING THE CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN FOR THE FIRST TIME Read all sections of this manual. Remove the spiral 5 by pulling it upwards. Remove the column to form the top of the chocolate fountain. Wash with soapy water and the spiral and column, DO NOT use steel wool or abrasive cleaning fluids, then carefully dry all surfaces. The main base 3 can be cleaned with a cloth or sponge slightly moistened with a little soap, then rinse with a damp cloth and wipe the main base with a cloth. To assemble the chocolate fountain, place the column in the main base so that its three axes coincide with the three holes in the column. INSTALLING THE CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

We recommend that you clean the chocolate fountain as soon as possible and preferably when the chocolate is still warm (liquid), because when the chocolate cools and solidifies cleaning becomes more difficult.
