Installation

Note: Make sure all devices you are connecting are powered off prior to installation.

  1. Connect an HDMI cable between the HDMI port on the adapter unit and an HDMI source.
  2. Connect the VGA male end of the adapter unit to the VGA display.
  3. Connect a 3.5 mm audio cable between the 3.5 mm port on the unit and the audio jack on your monitor or speakers.
  4. Turn on the power to the connected devices. If you are not receiving a signal after powering up, connect a USB cable between the Micro-B port on the unit and the USB-A port on a USB charger or the HDMI source.

TRIPP LITE's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing (at its sole option) any such defective products. To obtain service under this warranty, you must obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from TRIPP LITE or an authorized TRIPP LITE service center. Products must be returned to TRIPP LITE or an authorized TRIPP LITE service center with transportation charges prepaid and must be accompanied by a brief description of the problem encountered and proof of date and place of purchase. This warranty does not apply to equipment, which has been damaged by accident, negligence or misapplication or has been altered or modified in any way. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, TRIPP LITE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
