How to use the turbo brush?

The turbo brush is ideal for carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture. Thanks to its rotating roller brush, it also cleans laminate floors, parquet, and tiles. Attach it to the tube and turn on the vacuum.

How to clean the vacuum filter?

Remove the foam from the dust tank. Wash it with clean water and let it dry naturally before reinstalling. Never use the vacuum without a dry filter.

Can I vacuum liquids with this vacuum?

No, it is strictly forbidden to vacuum liquids. This could damage the device and pose an electrical risk.

What to do if the power cord does not rewind?

Make sure there is no obstruction hindering the cord. Press the rewind button with one hand and gently guide the cable with the other to prevent it from whipping.

How to change accessories?

Accessories are simply attached by pushing them onto the end of the tube or handle. To remove them, pull firmly.

The vacuum makes an abnormal noise, what to do?

Check that the tank is properly closed and the filters are not clogged. If the noise persists, contact customer service.

A floor nozzle and two special brushes animals.

(1) A floor nozzle dual position
(2) A yellow turbo brush which can suck dust particles, lint and pet hair for a deep cleaning of your carpets, rugs and upholstery. With its rotating roller brush, turbo brush also cleans laminate floors, parquet and tiles.
(3) A rose brush that has spikes that can draw directly on your pet.
(4) The crevice tool to vacuum the baseboards, cracks and inaccessible locations
