USER MANUAL ORH75AC Orima
Model: HM755CGR 220-240V 50/60Hz 300W 5speedsIMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:
1. Read all instructions carefully before you use the appliance.
2. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
3. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance
and its cord out of reach of children.
4. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
5. Children shall not play with the appliance.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
7. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before
changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as
– staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other workingenvironments; – farm houses; – by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; – bed and breakfast type environments.

The motor may overheat. The continuous operating time must be less than 10 minutes.19.Do not use the appliance to mix too stiff or too sticky ingredients. 20.The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury. 21.Do not let cord contact hot surface, including the stove. 22.Do not let cord hang over edge of the table or counter. 23.Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment. 24.Do not use outdoors. Description:

BLENDING Best speed to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressings.
FOLDING or MIXING This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour. butter and potatoes, and for mixing cakes, cookies and quick breads , and for beating eggs . Note: Use Kneading hooks to mix thick sticky flour. Use Whisks to beat eggs. The maximum quantity is 1050g flour plus 750g water. The other foods do not exceed 2.4L. Operation/Use of the appliance 1.Fit the whisks (11) or the kneading hooks (10) to the beater holes(13) . Note: the kneading hook with the end washer should be fitted into the large hole and the other one is for the small one. 2.Put the bowl where you mix the ingredients on the base. 3.Align the hollow (14) with the snap-fit (16) on the rocker. Place the mixer onto the rocker and pull backwards until the linking rod (17) on the rocker slides into the hole (15).4.Plug in the appliance. 5.Switch on the speed selector (2) and select the speed desired. The mixer begins to mix the ingredients in the bowl.
6. To knead or mix the stiff, heavy or dry foods such as
flour, pasta, potatoes, breads, cakes, etc, hold firmly to the mixer handle with one hand; meanwhile, rotate the bowl anticlockwise slowly by the other hand for the duration to help make mixtures evenly mixed.
7.When you have finished mixing, stop the mixer by pushing the speed selector to "0" immediately. 8.Wait until the whisks / the kneading hooks have stopped revolving, disconnect the appliance from the outlet. Press the base button (7) to rotate the rocker, then remove the mixer in the reverse of the fitting .
9.Press the ejector button (1) to remove whisks /the kneading hooks. 10.You can pressTurbobutton to accelerate the speed during mixing. 11.Unplug the appliance when you have finished mixing and always before you clean it.
1. Unplug the appliance from outlet before cleaning and maintenance.
2. Wash the bowl, whisks and kneading hooks with water after using.
Warning: Do not immerse the motor unit in water or other liquid. Only clean it by dry cloth.
Caution: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent the gloss loss.
3. Dry thoroughly before storage.WARNING:
