How to use the coffee maker?

Open the tank lid, fill with water according to the desired number of cups, then open the filter holder lid and add ground coffee into the permanent filter or a paper filter. Close, turn on the appliance (indicator lights up). Once the coffee has passed, turn off and remove the carafe. You can leave the coffee maker on to keep the coffee warm for up to 30 minutes.

What type of ground coffee to use?

We recommend freshly ground coffee, medium grind (not too fine). Store coffee in a dry place and, once opened, seal the bag well and place it in the refrigerator to preserve the aroma.

How to clean the machine?

Unplug the appliance. Clean the housing with a damp cloth (do not immerse). The carafe can be washed with warm water and mild soap and a soft brush, or in the dishwasher.

What to do if the machine does not turn on?

TO MAKE COFFEE

1. Turn to open the tank cover and fill the water tank with as much water as cups of coffee are desired.
2. Turn back the tank cover.
3. Turn to open the funnel cover, put ground coffee as you need into the permanent filter or proper paper filter before making coffee.
4. Turn back the funnel cover.
5. Switch on the appliance and the pilot lamp illuminates, to indicate the unit is on.
6. After the brewing process, turn the coffee maker off and take away the carafe.

You can leave the coffeemaker on if you want to keep your coffee hot for up to 30 minutes.

RECOMENDATIONS TO MAKE A GOOD CUP OF COFFEE

To give your coffee a better flavor and aroma, we recommend that you use recently ground coffee. The coffee should be medium ground and should not be too fine. Keep your coffee in a dry place. Once the coffee packet has been opened, keep it well closed in the refrigerator so as to maintain its aroma. Although the hotplate will keep the coffee hot, it is best to drink your coffee as soon as it is made.
