- Do not use abrasive or degreasing agents.
- To avoid limescale particles in the liquid, the kettle has a lter. To clean the lter remove it by unclipping it. Clean it under the tap with a soft brush to remove the encrusted limescale.
- Clean the inside of the kettle with soapy water. Never immerse the base of the machine in water or any other liquid. b) Maintenance tips Over time it is possible that limescale deposits will form inside the kettle. Excess limescale prevents the machine working properly. It is therefore recommended that the kettle is descaled. To do this:
- Fill the kettle with a mixture of water and white vinegar (2/3 water and 1/3 vinegar).
- Bring to the boil (100°C) and leave to work overnight.
- The next day empty the kettle and boil water in it several times until the vinegar disappears completely. To remove any remaining limescale use commercial descaling products. Do not try to remove the limescale by scraping or scratching the inside of the kettle.
