How to connect the SR2 speakers to my Polk soundbar?

Press the CONNECT button on the back of the soundbar for about 4 seconds, then repeat on the surround speaker. Release when the LED turns solid green. Repeat for the second speaker and finish by briefly pressing CONNECT on the soundbar.

What does the orange LED on the SR2 speaker mean?

The orange LED indicates that the speaker is not connected to the soundbar. Make sure the soundbar is on and follow the pairing procedure described in the manual.

What if I don't hear sound from the surround speakers?

Check the LED: if off, plug in the power; if orange, connect the speaker to the soundbar; if green, increase the surround volume with the remote control.

How to update the firmware of the SR2 speakers?

The SR2 speakers update automatically when the soundbar is connected to the Internet and receives an update. Ensure your soundbar is connected to your home network.

Can I use the SR2 speakers with a soundbar from another brand?

The SR2 speakers are designed to work with Polk soundbars using the CONNECT protocol. Compatibility with other brands is not guaranteed.

How to reset the SR2 speakers?

Press and hold the CONNECT button for about 10 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly, then release. This resets the wireless connection.

What is the wireless range of the SR2 speakers?

The typical range is about 10 meters in open space. Obstacles like walls may reduce range. Place the speakers within 10 meters of the soundbar.

What if the LED is off?

Check that the power is properly connected to the speaker and to a working outlet. If the LED remains off, contact technical support.

Where to find the serial number of the SR2 speakers?

1. Place the surround speakers on the left and right sides, equidistant and slightly behind the main listening position.
2. Make sure you place the speaker marked "LEFT" on the left and the speaker marked "RIGHT" on the right.
3. Aim the surround speakers toward the main listening position.
4. Plug a power supply into each speaker and then into a power outlet.

1. Press and hold the CONNECT button on the back of the sound bar for about 4 seconds.

2. Release the button when the light on the back of the surround speaker is solid green.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the light on the bottom of the surround speaker is:

• Off, verify that the power supply is connected to the speaker and to a working power outlet.
• Amber, make sure your sound bar is turned on, and connect the speaker to the sound bar using the instructions on the previous page.
• Green, turn up the surround volume using the remote control.

The SR2 surround speakers are automatically updated whenever your sound bar is connected to the Internet and receives an update. Refer to your sound bar's Quick Start Guide and make sure your sound bar is properly connected to your home network.
