Check that your phone is on, Bluetooth is enabled, connection to the Fi30 is established, music is playing, volume is sufficient, you are within range (less than 10 m), and the auxiliary cable is not plugged into the phone's input. On the Fi30, ensure it is turned on and the auxiliary cable is not plugged into the AUX IN input.
How to use the 3.5 mm auxiliary audio input?
Plug one end of the auxiliary audio cable into the "AUX IN" input of the Fluance Fi30 and the other end into your device's headphone output. The power LED will glow. Bluetooth is disabled while the cable is connected. Control music from your device.

How to switch from one Bluetooth device to another?
The Fi30 can memorize up to 8 profiles but only plays from one device at a time. To switch, disable Bluetooth on the connected device, then follow the pairing procedure with the new device.
What to do if the Bluetooth connection is lost?
If you are out of range (beyond 10 m) or an obstacle blocks the signal, the LED will blink dimly. Move closer (less than 10 m) with line of sight. The connection will re-establish automatically within 15 seconds. Otherwise, manually reconnect by enabling Bluetooth on your device.
How to clean the Fluance Fi30?
Use only a dry cloth to clean the device. Do not use liquid or abrasive products. Do not allow water to enter the device.
What are the important safety precautions?
Do not expose the device to rain or moisture. Do not place objects filled with liquid on it. Do not block ventilation openings. Place it away from heat sources. Unplug it during thunderstorms or if unused for long periods. Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
What is the Bluetooth range of the Fluance Fi30?
