How do I charge my device with the Wireless Power Mate?

Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the power adapter, then connect the other end to the charger. Place your Qi-compatible device on the charging area. The solid amber light indicates charging is in progress.

What does the solid amber light mean?

The solid amber light indicates that wireless charging is in progress. Once the battery is full, the light becomes solid white.

What does rapid amber flashing (4 times per second) mean?

This flashing indicates an error: either Over-Temperature Protection (OTP) or Foreign Object Detection (FOD). Remove any metal objects or thick cases and let it cool down before trying again.

Why is my phone not charging?

Check that your phone is Qi-compatible. Remove any thick case or metal accessory. Make sure the power adapter is plugged in and delivers at least 5V/2A. If the light flashes rapidly, see the error question.

Can I use a thick case?

It is recommended to remove thick cases (over 3 mm) or metal cases before placing the device on the charger, as they may obstruct charging.

What charging power can I get?

The maximum power is 15 W, but it depends on your device and power adapter. For 15 W, use an 18 W or higher adapter with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 or later.

Which power adapter should I use?

Use a power adapter with a USB Type-C or USB-A port, providing at least 5V/3A. For fast charging, an adapter compatible with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 or later is recommended.

How do I clean the charger?

Unplug the charger before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid or abrasive products.

Is it compatible with all Qi devices?

Yes, it is compatible with any Qi-certified device. However, some devices may not support 15 W charging; charging will then occur at a lower power (10 W, 7.5 W, or 5 W).

What to do in case of overheating?

The charger has Over-Temperature Protection (OTP). If the temperature exceeds the limit, charging stops automatically. Unplug the charger, let it cool down in a ventilated area, then try again.

Using your Wireless Power Mate

1. Connect one end of a USB Type-C® cable to a power adapter.

2. Connect the other end of the USB Type-C® cable to your Wireless Power Mate.

3. Plug the power adapter to a grounded power outlet.

4. Place a Qi-compatible mobile device on your Wireless Power Mate.

5. When fully charged, remove the Qi-compatible mobile device from your Wireless Power Mate.

NOTES:

• Use ONLY the bundled USB Type-C® cable to avoid damaging your Wireless Power Mate and prevent the risk of injury.
  • We recommend that you remove the thick case from the Qi-compatible mobile device before placing the mobile device on your Wireless Power Mate.
• Align the wireless charging zone of the Qi-compatible device with that of your Wireless Power Mate to get charged successfully.
  • DO not place any foreign objects on your Wireless Power Mate to avoid damaging your Wireless Power Mate and prevent charging failure.
