Named after Lesa's great aunt whose spirited approach to life was a huge inspiration for the design duo, Olivia Burton combines vintage style and catwalk trends to create a collection of striking and covetable timepieces.

3 PRESSWARRANTY
Your Olivia Burton watch is covered by a limited two (2) year warranty from the date of original purchase from an authorised and approved Olivia Burton stockist.
Your Olivia Burton warranty covers manufacturing defects and is only valid if stamped and dated by the stockist and supplied with a proof of purchase. Under the two (2) year warranty the only components that are covered are the watch movement, hands and dial. Components that are covered under this repair warranty will be repaired free of charge if the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In the unlikely event that the component cannot be repaired, the watch will be replaced free of repair charges. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch, but a watch of equal value will be provided.
For repair work that is not covered under this warranty, the Olivia Burton repair centre may perform the required services for a charge. This charge will be dependent on the watch style and the type of work requested. Please note that these charges are subject to change.
Please email repairs@oliviaburton.com for further information.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Batteries, case, glass, straps, bracelets, tarnishing or plating.
Damage caused by misuse, accident, lack of care, negligence or normal wear and tear.
Water damage unless marked water-resistant on the case back.
Theft or loss of the complete watch or components.
If your watch has been misused or damaged by negligence or accident by persons other than authorised Olivia Burton sales or service agents, the warranty is void.
For maximum protection, please keep your watch in its presentation box when not in use. Please remove your watch before participating in physical activity to avoid damage.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties, obligations or liabilities. Olivia Burton is not liable for incidental, consequential or special damages.
You may also have legal additional rights under applicable law which are not affected by the terms of this warranty. These rights may vary from state to state and country to country.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Should you require work to be conducted under warranty on your watch please contact us for a repairs authorisation number.
Please email repairs@oliviaburton.com with the style number and nature of the issue. You will be given a returns authorisation number and form to send back along with your watch.
You must include a copy of the proof of purchase from an authorised Olivia Burton stockist and / or stamped warranty booklet.
Do not send original packaging as this will not be returned. We strongly recommend you insure your parcel to prevent any damage or loss in transit. Regrettably we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to parcels prior to them reaching us.
You will be charged a small handling charge to cover return postage and insurance for loss or damage whilst in transit.
PLATING
Olivia Burton use the best plating methods available but it is the nature of plating that it can be corroded and wear off in time especially if it comes into contact with perfumes or body creams.
We recommend removing your watch when applying perfume and body cream and take care to ensure that contact is avoided. Plating can fade depending on wear and the amount of care taken.
If you would like your watch to be reconditioned many independent jewellers will offer this service. Plating is not covered under your warranty.
BATTERIES
Our watch batteries are standard batteries. The average life for a watch battery is 12 months. Changing a battery without the correct tools can damage the metal and delicate parts in the watch.
We recommend using a reputable jeweller for this service. Please do not attempt to open the case back yourself as this can invalidate the warranty. Our watches are supplied with a battery saver on the crown. This needs to be removed from the crown and the crown pushed in to activate the battery.
LEATHER STRAPS
The variations in colour and texture in your strap is the characteristic of a beautiful tanned leather. Over time the leather may darken and change in colour which is partly due to the oils from your skin and exposure to sunlight. We recommend that you keep your leather strap away from intense sunlight, heat and humidity to prolong its beauty. Exposure to water, oil and makeup will stain your leather strap. Please be aware that due to the nature of the leather colours may transfer. If you would like to purchase a replacement strap for your model please refer to our website.
Please note that straps (or metal bracelets and clasps) are not covered by the warranty.
Please refer to the support page of our website for instructions on how to clean and care for your leather strap.

CONDENSATION
If your watch experiences a sudden change in temperature or pressure, a slight condensation may appear under the glass of your watch. This generally disappears after a few days if it is left alone. Please do not attempt to dry it out. If the condensation persists, please contact our customer relations team for further advice.
DEMAGNETISATION
Analogue quartz watches can be adversely affected by magnetism and may stop, gain or lose time if exposed to magnetic objects for long periods of time. Objects including mobile phones, television and computer speakers, magnetic necklaces, handbag clasps, hair dryers, magnetic parts of refrigerators and anti-rheumatic bracelets are all magnetic. As a matter of principle, avoid exposing your watch to magnetic fields for any length of time.
An affected watch remains magnetically charged even after being removed from the magnetic source and so we recommend returning your watch to the Olivia Burton repair centre to be demagnetised. To test if a watch has become magnetised, place it next to a compass. If the hands of the compass start to turn, it is magnetised and will need to be returned for demagnetisation.
