SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this device to other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- WARNING: In order to ensure your children's safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
- If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent in order to avoid hazards.
- Never pull on the cord when unplugging.
- Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
- Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.
- This appliance must be installed following the national regulations for electrical installations.
- This appliance is for household use only.

- WARNING: In case of misuse, there is a risk of possible injury.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
- The towel warmer must be installed such that switches and other controls cannot be touched while a person is in the bath or shower.
- WARNING: In order to avoid a hazard for very young children, this appliance must be installed so that lower rail heater is at least 60cm above the floor.
- This appliance is filled with an exact amount of special oil. Repairs that require opening the container of oil should only be undertaken by the manufacturer or its authorized service, who should be notified if your radiator is leaking oil.
- Regulations concerning the disposal of the oil when scraping the appliance have to be followed.
- WARNING: This heater isn't equipped with a temperature control room. Do not use this heater in small rooms that are occupied by people who can not leave the room by themselves, unless you provide surveillance.
- Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
- Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
- CAUTION: Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
- The device should not be placed immediately below a socket base.
- Do not place a heater in use near curtains, furniture, wood panelling or combustible material which can deteriorate with heat.
- Do not use this heater in the immediate vicinity of a bath, shower or pool.
- Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer or any other device that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
- Do not use the appliance in flammable atmospheres (e.g. in the vicinity of combustible gases or sprays cans)! Explosion and fire hazard!
- Allow ample space around the heater. A safe area to be left free is 100 cm at the front and at the sides and 100 cm at the top.
• Always unplugged the heater after use.
- Important! Do not insert any foreign objects into the appliance openings! Risk of injury (electric shock) and damage to the appliance!
- Keep the mains cord at a safe distance from the air inlet and outlet grilles.
- Do not use this heater if it has been dropped.
- Do not use if there are visible signs of damage to the heater.
- Use this heating appliance on a horizontal and stable surface, or if possible fix it to a wall.
- WARNING: Do not use this heater in rooms that are occupied by persons who cannot leave the room by themselves, unless permanent surveillance is provided.
- WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or other flammable material at least 1m away from the air outlet.
These instructions for use belong to the appliance and must be kept in a safe place. When changing owners, these instructions must be surrendered to the new owner!
INSTALLING THE TOWEL RAIL:
Electrical installation:
This product is only to be used attached to the wall.
NOTE: To avoid any hazard to children, the towel rail must be installed so the bottom bar is at least 600 mm above the ground.
Fixing the towel rail to the wall:

Leave minimum safety distances between the towel rail and the other fixtures in your bathroom. You must leave at least 8 cm between the rail and the wall, and 20 cm around it.
The mounting of the towel rail on the wall must be done using the three anchor points located at the ends of the appliance (two between the upper tubes 2 and 3; and one in the middle between the lower tubes 2 and 3).
- Using a pen or pencil, mark the three mounting points on the wall coinciding with the towel rail mounting points.
- Drill the holes in the wall, insert the wall plug, and then install the anchor tubes (2) fixing them to the wall using the screws (3).
- Insert support 4 in tube 2 and fix it with screw 1.
- Place the towel rail on the wall and attach it to the wall support with plastic piece 5 and its screw 6.
- Finish the installation by placing trims 7.
Always make sure that the towel rail has been securely attached.

ON/OFF button. Used to switch the appliance on and off.

MODE button. Used to switch between Comfort, Economy, Antifreeze and Home Automation modes.

Programming button.
DESCRIPTION OF SYMBOLS

Comfort mode. You can set the temperature from 7^ C to 35^ C.

Economy mode. You can set the temperature from 7°C to 35°C, but the Economy temperature cannot be higher than the Comfort temperature.

Antifreeze mode. The temperature is fixed set at 7°C and cannot be changed.

Programming mode. When this symbol is displayed the Programming mode is enabled and the towel rail can be programmed if required.

Lock. Once the Lock mode is enabled, the device does not respond to any buttons, except to the ON/OFF button.

This symbol indicates that the appliance is warming up.

Open Window detection symbol.

Standby symbol. When this symbol is displayed beside the temperature, it indicates that the appliance is in standby mode.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
On the back of the display there is a full disconnect switch. If it is on "0", the appliance will be completely disconnected. If you want it to work, this switch has to be in position "I".
When the appliance is on standby, the display will show the ambient temperature, the symbol, the current time and day of the week (the day is indicated from Day 1 for Monday to Day 7 for Sunday). If the date is not set these digits will blink.

SETTING THE TIME AND PROGRAMMING THE TOWEL RAIL
In any operation mode, press the button and the display will show the symbol. Now the time, day and time slot from 0 to 1 blink.

P X Y correspond to the following:
X: Pre-set programme. There are 7 pre-set programmes.
Y: Day of the week.
Therefore P1 1 means Pre-set programme 1 and Day of the week 1 (Monday).
The various pre-set programmes are as follows:
- P1: Comfort mode from 6:00 to 22:00 and the rest of the time in Economy mode.

0 3 6 9 12 15 18 21As you can see, the day is divided into 24 hours starting from 00:00 until 23:00. The time with Economy mode only displays the bottom part and the time set in Comfort mode displays the bottom and upper part.
- P2: Comfort mode from 19:00 to 6:00 and the rest of the time in Economy mode.

Once you have selected the desired programme for Day 1 (Monday) press the button to switch to Day 2 (Tuesday). In this way you must select the pre-set programme you want for each day.
The pre-set programmes can also be changed. In other words, you can select every hour in Comfort or Economy mode according to your preferences. To do this, once you are in the pre-
set programme that you wish to change, press and hold the button . The 00:00 to 1:00 time
slot will blink. If you want to set that time as Comfort mode, press the button and if you
want that time as Economy mode, press the button. You must select every hour of the day, if you want it in Comfort or Economy mode. Once you select the time 00:00 to 1:00, the following time 1:00 to 2:00 will blink. You must repeat the procedure with every hour. When you have the selected all the times in Comfort or Economy mode according to your
preferences, press the button to confirm.
For example, change the programme P1 for Wednesday with the following programming: 7:00 to 21:00 in Comfort mode and the rest in Economy mode. In this case the display will show:

INTERNAL SETTING OF THE APPLIANCE
The appliance has 2 internal settings: Temperature Compensation and Open Window mode. To access them, while in standby mode (the display shows symbol ), press and hold the button . The display will show F0 (which is the Temperature Compensation mode) and if you press the button F1 (Open Window mode) will show. To activate the setting, press

- F0 Temperature Compensation. Compensation is initially set at 0. It may vary from -5^ to 5^ . For example, if the display shows an ambient temperature of 25^ and the real temperature is 23^ , you must set the parameter to -2^ to compensate for this difference in temperature. In this way 25^ was previously shown and now it will display 23^ (25 - 2).

8 - 2- Open Window mode (F1). If you want to use this mode you must set a warm-up time of 60 minutes or 90 minutes. After this time, if the temperature drops 2^ C in 5 minutes, the appliance will stop working. If you do not want to enable this feature, set the time at 0.

KEYPAD LOCK
To avoid misuse, the lock can be enabled. To do this, when the appliance is running, press and hold buttons and simultaneously for 10 seconds. The display will show the
symbol . The buttons will not respond, except the ON/OFF button. While on standby the lock cannot be enabled. To unlock, press both buttons simultaneously again or press the ON/OFF button.
TEMPPERATURE ALARM
If the temperature is below -20^ , the display shows LL.
If the temperature is above 47^ C, the display shows HH.
If the temperature sensor is faulty, the display shows Er.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
- Before performing any cleaning task, disconnect the towel rail from the mains.
- To avoid any electrical hazard, use a soft cloth to remove any accumulated dust.
- Clean your towel rail regularly.
