How to reset the camera?

Press and hold the Reset button for about 5 seconds until the LED blinks. The camera will return to factory settings.

What is the default password?

The default username is admin and the password is 123456. It is recommended to change it after the first login.

How to connect the camera to my Wi-Fi network?

Download the Cam Viewer1 app, open it, and click on One Key Wi-Fi. Enter your network SSID and password, then click Configure. Follow the voice prompts.

The app cannot find the camera, what to do?

Make sure your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the camera. Ensure the camera is powered on and the LED is lit. If the problem persists, reset the camera and try again within 5 minutes of powering on.

Can I use the camera without Cloud service?

Yes, the camera can be used locally via the LAN network. However, remote access requires the Cam Viewer1 app and a Cloud account.

How to access remotely from my smartphone?

After adding the camera in the Cam Viewer1 app, click on Camera at the bottom of the screen. You can view the live stream from anywhere via the internet.

Night vision is not working, what to do?

Check that the infrared LEDs are not obstructed. Make sure the Night Vision option is enabled in the app settings. If the problem persists, contact support.

How to change the password?

In the Cam Viewer1 app, go to the camera settings, then under Account or Security. Enter the old password, then the new one.

The camera emits a beeping sound, is this normal?

Yes, during One Key Wi-Fi setup, the camera emits beeps to indicate it is in pairing mode. These sounds stop once setup is complete.

What is the Wi-Fi range?

The range depends on your environment, but indoors it is typically about 30 meters. Walls and obstacles may reduce this distance.
