How to install the ACCHM1 Wi-Fi Chime?

Plug the chime into a power outlet. Download the Lorex Home app and create an account. When the LED blinks blue, tap the + icon in the app and follow the instructions.

What to do if the LED does not blink blue?

Make sure the chime is powered. Use the provided pin to press the reset button for 5 seconds. The LED should blink after reset.

How to pair the chime with my 2K video doorbell?

In the Lorex Home app, access your doorbell settings via the ••• icon. Tap Chime then Wi-Fi Chime and select your chime. Confirm by tapping Save.

What is the range of the chime?

The chime works via your home Wi-Fi network; the range depends on your router (typically 30-50 meters indoors).

Can I use the chime without a video doorbell?

No, the chime is designed to work with a Lorex 2K Video Doorbell. It cannot be used alone.

How to reset the chime to factory settings?

Use the provided pin to press and hold (10 seconds) the reset button on the back. The LED will blink to confirm.

What does a solid blue LED mean?

A solid blue LED indicates that the chime is connected to the Wi-Fi network and operating normally.

How to clean the chime?

Unplug the chime, then wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid or abrasive products.

Is the chime compatible with Alexa or Google Home?

The ACCHM1 chime is not directly compatible with voice assistants. It works only via the Lorex Home app.

To attach the power plug, hook the power plug's bottom tab into the chime slot and push in.

To detach the power plug, hold onto the plug then push up on the detach switch.

App setup

1. Scan the QR code on this page to download the free Lorex Home app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the Lorex Home app.
3. Sign in or sign up and create an account.
4. Plug the Wi-Fi Chime into a outlet.
5. Once the status indicator flashes blue and the startup chime sounds, tap the + icon.
6. Scan the device QR code on the chime and tap Next or tap Manually enter Device ID.
7. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the setup.

IMPORTANT

• Ensure you are on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection.
• Ensure your 2K Video Doorbell and Wi-Fi Chime have the latest firmware version in the device settings.

There are two ways to link the Wi-Fi Chime to the 2K Video Doorbell.

• During the doorbell setup:

When the Chime Type screen appears, select your Wi-Fi Chime, then tap Complete.

• After the doorbell setup:

1. Tap the ••• icon for the 2K Video Doorbell.
2. Tap Doorbell Chime, then tap Wi-Fi Chime.
3. Select your chime, then tap Save.
