USER MANUAL Bee Sonnenkönig

• To avoid electric shock, fire or injury, please read the user manual carefully before using the appliance and keep it for future reference.

• This appliance is for household use only. Please use a suitable power source.

• Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

• Do not use the appliance in direct sunlight.

• Please turn off the appliance when not in use as it may otherwise be dangerous.

• Please turn off the appliance and unplug the socket when unattended as it may otherwise be dangerous.

• Keep the appliance away from children.

• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

• Children under the age of 3 should be kept away unless they are continuously supervised.

• Children aged between 3 and 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed EN44 or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction con- cerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged between 3 and 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

• With any indication of damage or malfunction, please stop using the appliance immediately to avoid hazards. Take it to an authorized service centre for repair. Do not attempt to repair or change any parts yourself.

• If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazards.

• Please turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning or maintenance.

• Clean the surface of the appliance with a dry cloth. Do not use any corrosive detergent or solvent to clean. Do not splash water on the appliance.

• Please turn off and unplug the appliance when not in use. Make sure the power is off before pulling out the plug. Do not pull on the cord.

• When the appliance is not in use for a prolonged period, please turn it off, unplug it, pack it well and store it in a dry and cool place.

• It is forbidden to put flammable and explosive objects near the appliance. Do not use the appliance in an environment full of flammable gas or powder. Keep away from any fire and heat sources.

• Please put the power cord in the right place in order to avoid tripping over the appliance.

• Do not put any objects on the appliance and do not place the appliance directly under a socket outlet.

• Do not touch the air outlet when operating.

• Please keep the air inlet and the air outlet unblocked to minimize the risk of fire or malfunction.

• Do not let the power cord touch the air outlet or be near it. It will damage the insulation layer of the wires.

• Please operate the appliance on a firm and level desk or floor. Do not use the appliance in the immediate sur- roundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.

• Ensure no water or raindrop leaks into the appliance in order to avoid electric shock. Do not put flammable objects or wet clothes on the air outlet in order to avoid short circuit or fire.

• Please do not place the air inlet or the air outlet near curtains or walls when operating as it will block the air current and cause fire. The appliance should be installed at a minimum distance of 10 cm from the wall or other obstacles.

• Please do not insert any objects into the air inlet or the air outlet in order to avoid electric shock.

• After a period of operation, unusual noise and uneven air volume may appear because of dust blocking the airflow. It will disappear after cleaning the back net.

• In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the appliance with anything, especially flammable materials, such as clothes or paper.

• This appliance is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided. EN45 2 Part description

• In order to avoid hazards due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must not be sup- plied through an external switching device, such as timers, programmers, a separate remote control system or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.

• Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

• The heater must be placed on a flat table or on the floor.

• Before moving the heater, unplug it from the wall outlet and wait for it to cool down completely. When moving it, remember not to pull the power cord directly to avoid damaging the unit.

• It is forbidden to cover the heater or bake on it in the event of a fire disaster.

• Because improper manipulations and arrangements can cause a fire, you cannot start this heater with a programmer with an automatically connected power source, timer, or similar device.

• If the heater is to be protected for an extended period of time, it is important to first turn off the power switch and then disconnect the power plug.

• This product should not be used next to curtains or other indoor furniture. It is recommended to leave more than half the area in place.

• This product is intended for indoor use only. Please do not use it outdoors.

• Please plug the plug into a 220V~, 50Hz/60Hz, 5A outlet before use to maintain power to the product.

• When the ON/OFF button is pressed for the first time, the heater and the PTC heating element are started and the warm air is blown out evenly.

• The second press of the ON/OFF button allows the appliance to continue running for 15 seconds before switching off. Manual for hand warmer

• Place the hand warmer on the middle air outlet of the appliance.

• Press the ON/OFF button to start the heater.

• Remove the hand warmer from the appliance after 45 minutes.

• The hand warmer has now stored the heat for 40 minutes and emits it continuously.47 5 Specifications 4 Cleaning and maintenance Please keep this product away from any heat source in case of deformation and discoloration. Regular cleaning of the venti- lation openings and grille is required to prevent clogging. If there is dirt on the product surface, use a soft cloth moistened with mild detergent to remove it and wipe the heater dry. • When the heater is in operation, it is forbidden for users, especially children, to touch the front protective grille - risk of burns!

• The front guard does not provide comprehensive protection for children and the disabled, which requires special atten- tion from these groups to ensure that they stay away from the heater.

• This product is not suitable for people who have physical, sensory or intellectual problems or who do not have experi- ence and common sense, unless others can ensure their safety.

• The user cannot abruptly dismantle the radiator to reinstall this product in any way to avoid hazards. A quiet noise is acceptable when the appliance is switched on.

• It is forbidden to heat the hand warmer with a microwave or a high-voltage system.48 Warranty The Products are controlled just before delivery. If despite a lack of your product, try trustfully your seller. Please bring your receipt, as this is to be submitted for each warranty. The guarantee period is 24 months from date of purchase. Disposal The device must be disposed of properly. The device can be distributed free of charge for disposal at each dealer. Technical changes Subject to changes in technology and design.
