How to turn on the sign?

Plug the included AC adapter into the sign and a wall outlet. Then press the Button A located at the bottom of the sign to turn it on. Button A toggles between on and off.

How to make the sign flash?

Once the sign is on, press the Button B to switch to continuous flashing mode. Each press of Button B changes the mode: flashing, scrolling, then back to off.

How to make the sign scroll?

Press the Button B a second time after turning on the sign to switch to scrolling mode. The sign will then display a scrolling effect of the letters.

What to do if the sign does not turn on?

First check that the AC adapter is properly connected to the sign and a working electrical outlet. If the sign still does not turn on, try another compatible 12 V DC adapter. If the problem persists, contact Royal Sovereign customer service.

Can I use the sign outdoors?

This sign is designed for indoor use only. It is not waterproof and could be damaged by moisture or weather. Use it in a dry location away from water splashes.

How to clean the sign?

Use a soft, dry cloth to dust the sign. Never use liquids, abrasive cleaners, or chemicals as they could damage the LEDs or housing. Unplug the sign before cleaning.

How to hang the sign?

Use the included hanging chain. Attach one end of the chain to the sign (there is an eyelet for this purpose) and the other end to a hook or screw securely anchored to the wall or ceiling. Make sure the sign is stable.

Does the sign come with a warranty?

Yes, this sign comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Keep your proof of purchase.

This warranty applies to repair or replacement of product found to be defective in material or workmanship for 12 months from the date of the original purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.

(and its affiliated companies) is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature. This limitation would not apply if you live in those areas that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

Defective products for warranty repair or replacement cannot be returned without a Return Authorization number. Please go to www.royalsovereign.ca USA-Customer Support Tab to make a request for an Office Product Return Authorization.

Defective products must be returned to Royal Sovereign International Consumer Return Department, freight prepaid, with proof of purchase and Return Shipping and Handling payment (check or money order). Upon repair or replacement the product will be returned to the customer.
