These instructions are important.
Read these instructions carefully before use and keep them for future reference. Your child's safety may be affected if you do not follow these instructions.
Your Pop Duo pushchair is a high quality Silver Cross product. It meets current safety standards and care and regular light maintenance will ensure long service.
This vehicle is intended for children from birth to 15kg. Note this vehicle can accommodate two children with a combined weight of no more than 30kg.
If somebody unfamiliar is using your Pop Duo pushchair always ensure that they read these instructions carefully so that they understand how the product works best.
Always read all the instructions provided carefully and remember, the safety of your child is your responsibility.

Your Pop Duo pushchair includes the following components, please check that you have all the items before proceeding:

2.1 Attach the swivel wheels by locating the wheel under the steel attachment pin. Slide the wheel upwards and press until the wheel clicks into position.
CAUTION: Check the wheel is secure by pulling gently downwards.
Repeat for all three wheels. Your Pop Duo is now ready to be unfolded.
2.2 Locate the fold lock on the side of the pushchair and lift to release from the retaining clip.
2.3 Repeat on both sides and allow the pushchair to open by lifting the handles upwards and the wheels will naturally fall to the floor.

2.62.4 Finally to lock your pushchair, press down gently upon the locking catches located at the rear of the pushchair.
CAUTION: Failure to do this will cause damage to your pushchair.
Place the pushchair on a fl at surface and ensure that the pushchair moves freely.
2.5 To fit your Pop Duo hoods locate the "C" clips on the hoods. Now attach the hoods to the Pop Duo chassis by pressing the "C" clips over the tubing ensuring it locks into the correct position over the punched holes. Attach the velcro straps to the seat unit to fully secure the hoods into position.
2.6 Your Pop Duo hoods can be opened and folded away by lowering or raising the hood tensioner indicated in illustration 2.6. Please note when folding your Pop Duo pushchair you should always ensure the hoods are folded away. Failure to do this could result in damage to your Pop Duo push chair.

2.8 Your Pop Duo pushchair has multi position calf supports. Locate the adjustment buttons at either side of the calf support. These can be operated by depressing both buttons simultaneously and either lifting or lowering to the desired position.

3.1 Your Pop duo pushchair has a multi-position recline. Each seat reclines independently.
3.2 First, locate the backrest adjustment mechanism at the rear of the seat. Pull the recline paddle and gently lower to the desired angle.
3.3 To raise the backrest locate the recline strap and pull gently. The backrest will rise to the desired height.
NOTE: It is recommended that the backrests are in the upright position before folding the pushchair.

WARNING: Always use the harness provided.
4.1 To fasten the harness insert both buckle clips into each side of the buckle. Listen for the 'click'.
4.2 To release the harness press the centre and pull apart. The shoulder straps can be unhooked from the buckle if required.
4.3 Your harness is fully adjustable by moving the slides (A), to make fi tting easy. 'D' rings are provided for fi tting a separate harness if required (B), complying with BS 6684. Your child should always be harnessed in and should never be left unattended, even for short periods of time.
NOTE: The head hugger and chest pads are recommended from birth but can be removed for older children.
Using the footmuff
5.1 Firstly attach the velcro tabs to the velcro located on the back of the stroller seat. This will secure the foot muff for the next step.
5.2 Feed the harness through the buttonholes.
5.3 Pass the waist straps around the sides of the foot muff. The foot muff is now ready for use - Always use with a full harness.
5.4 The foot muff can also be used as a seat pad. Zip off the apron on the front of the foot muff. Without the apron the backrest of the foot muff can now be used as a seat pad.

6.1 Your Pop Duo pushchair has a parking brake. To apply the brake simply press downwards on either brake catch located on the rear wheels. The brake will automatically lock on both wheels simultaneously.
CAUTION: Always check that your brake is fully engaged on both sides by gently rocking the pushchair.
NOTE: Do not press on the break connecting bar, as this will result in bending the bar and damage to your pushchair.
6.2 To release the parking device / brake simply lift either brake catch and both catches will release simultaneously.
6.3 Your Pop Duo pushchair has front swivel wheels. To Lock your swivel wheels locate the catch between the front wheels. Press down in any position. The wheels will automatically lock when the wheels are rotated. Repeat on all front wheels. To use the wheels in swivel mode lift the locking catch and the wheels will swivel freely. Repeat each front wheel.

7.1 Your Pop Duo pushchair is provided with a cup holder that holds drinks containers up to a maximum weight of 1Kg or 2.2lbs. This can be fitted to the left or right hand side of the chassis by sliding the cup holder bracket over the mounting points situated to the rear of each handle. The cup holder can be pivoted left or right into the desired position, or be folded away for storage.
CAUTION: Your child's safety is your responsibility; never put hot liquids in the cup holder that may harm your child

NOTE: The backrests should always be in the upright position and the hoods folded away prior to folding.
8.1 To commence folding, locate the rear locking catches (positioned between the rear wheels) and lift them both upwards with the toe of your shoe.
8.2 Now locate the secondary safety catch located above the right hand rear wheel. Gently press down until the lock has released.
8.3 Push the handles over and the pushchair will naturally close in three dimensions to a compact size. Ensure the two locking catches (located either side of the pushchair) have engaged.
8.4 Your Pop Duo pushchair is produced with a soft grip carry handle on the right hand side.
CAUTION: This handle is the only position from which you should lift your pushchair to avoid possible damage
Attaching the raincover
The raincover simply drapes over your pushchair with the hood extended. Fasten the straps around the front legs and fix the press studs to secure.

This item is a high quality Silver Cross product. It complies with BS EN1888:2012 and with correct use and maintenance will give good service. If however you should have any problems with your product, please contact your Silver Cross retailer who will take appropriate action.
WARNING:
This product is suitable from birth to 15kg (15kg per seat)
It is recommended the most reclined position is used for new born babies.
Never leave your child unattended.
Ensure all locking devices are engaged before use.
To avoid injury ensure that your child is kept away when unfolding and folding this product.
Do not let your child play with this product.
Always use the restraint system.
Check that the pram body or seat unit or car seat attachment devices are correctly engaged before use.
This product is not suitable for running or skating
Parking device shall be engaged when placing or removing the children
Any load attached to the handle and/or the back of the backrest and/or on the side of the vehicle will affect the stability of the vehicle.
Do not carry more than one child in each seat. This pushchair has a maximum capacity of two children.
Do not stand a child on rear lock and use as a buggy board.
Do not attach a third party buggy board.
Accessories which are not approved by Silver Cross shall not be used.
Only replacements parts supplied/recommended by Silver Cross shall be used.
Do not use if any part is broken, torn, of missing.
The child should be clear of moving parts whilst making adjustments.
Do not allow your child to climb in or out of the pushchair of their own accord, as this could result in injury to your child or damage to your pushchair.
Never leave your child in the pushchair with the raincover fully fitted other than in normal outside use.
The safety of your child is your responsibility.

The child should always wear a safety harness complying with BS6684. "D" rings are provided for the attachment of an additional harness. These are located on the existing harness close to where it is attached to the seat frame.
Always hold the seat when making adjustments. Be sure that the parking device is on. If you have any difficulty in folding or unfolding the pushchair do not force as this will cause damage. Read the "To fold or unfold" instructions carefully. It may be unsafe to fit accessories or spare parts other than those supplied or recommended by Silver Cross. If anyone other than the owner is going to use this product (e.g. grandparent, child minder), please show them how to use it correctly.
Any load attached to the handle and/or backrest and/or sides of the vehicle will affect stability of the vehicle. A baby's safety is your responsibility. Parking device should be engaged when placing and removing the children.
Only accessories and replacement parts approved by Silver Cross should be used.
Care and Maintenance
Chassis - Always check your pushchair for signs of wear. Regularly lubricate all moving parts. Check for freedom of movement of all locking devices. Polish metal work with a clean, dry cloth.
Fabric items and seat unit - To clean, sponge area with warm soapy water. Rinse well with clean water to avoid staining. Allow to dry naturally, away from direct heat and strong sunlight. A certain degree of fading may occur over time through everyday use. Never machine wash, tumble dry, iron or bleach.
Guarantee
All Silver Cross products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months against faulty workmanship, when the product is used correctly according to the instruction manual.

- Do not carry extra children or bags on this pram/stroller
• Make sure children are clear of any moving parts if you adjust the pram/stroller
• Use harness at all times. - When not in use disconnect shoulder straps from the waist strap and or buckle.
- Do not use this seat with any other model of pram or stroller
- Only use accessories provided by Silver Cross.
- Care should be taken if pram/stroller is used on stairs or escalators
• Always apply brakes when pram/ stroller is not moving. - Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the crotch strap in combination with the waist belt and shoulder straps from the waist strap and/or buckle
- The harness can form loops which may be a strangulation hazard. Never leave the harness connected when not fitted to a child in the pushchair.
