Insert the beaters or kneading hooks into the mixer. You may need to turn them slightly while you do this (Fig. 2). NB: Insert the kneading hook with the metal collar into the larger opening in the bottom of the mixer. 2 Put the plug in the wall socket. 3 Put the ingredients in a bowl. 4 Lower the beaters or kneading hooks into the ingredients. 5 Select the desired speed to switch on the mixer (Fig. 3). For the right quantities and processing times, see the table below. Start mixing at a low speed to avoid splashing. Switch to the highest speed later. Turbo speed: press the turbo button to mix more quickly or to increase the speed during heavy jobs, e.g. kneading yeast dough. 6 If you want to stop mixing for a while, switch off the appliance and put it (with the beaters or kneading hooks still attached) on its heel until you continue. (Fig. 4) 7 Whenyouhavenishedmixing,unplugthemixerandpushthe eject button to release the beaters or kneading hooks (Fig. 5).
