This is a sophisticated hobby product. must be operated with caution and common sense and requires some basic mechanical abilty. Do not attempt disassemby, use with incompatible components or augment product in any way without the approval of Horizon Hobby, LLC. This manual contains instructions for safety, operation and maintenance. is essential to read and follow all the instructions and wamings in the manual, prior to assembly, setup or use, in order to operate correctiy and avoid damage or serious injury.

GENERAL BINDING TIPS AND FAILSAFE The included receiver has been specificaly pro- grammed for operation of this aircraf. Refer to the recelver manual for correct setup f the receiver is replaced

Keep avray from large metal objects while binding

Do not point the transmitter's antenna directly at the receiver while binding

The orange LED on the receiver will flash rapid when the receiver enters bind mode.

Once bound, the receiver wil retain it bind settings for that transmitter un you re-bind.

Ithe receiver loses transmitter communication, the failsafe wi activate. Falsafe moves the throtle channel to low throttle. Pitch and roll channels move to actively stablize the aircraf in a descending tu

BIND THE TRANSMITTER AND RECEIVER Binding is the process of program [#5 - ming the aircraft recelver with the d identification code of the transmiter + so the receiver will only connect to 7 that specific transmitter. To re-bind the transmitter and receiver:

1. Power OFF the transmittr.

2. Set the throtle stick to the low position and all other controls to neutrl.*Ensure the aircra is immobile. IMPORTANT: The throtie vil ondy arm if the transmiter

throtle control is at ne lowest position

3. Connect the flight battery to the ESC, The recelver cycles beteen DSMX and SLT approximately every 20 seconds, The receiver LED is visible with the ing

LED Patte constant flashes Ï 3 rapid flashes, 1 pause frepea |

4. Press and hold the bind button (button A) on the trans- mitter while powering ON the transmiter, The receiver LED wil glow solid when the receiver and transmiter are bound. The aircraf wil inftialize and the controls will function normaly.

Once properly bound, the receiver and transmiter will

retain their bind for future fights.
