Here’s how to install your TP-LINK Archer AX1500:

Initial Connections

  • Plug the Ethernet cable from the modem into the WAN port (dedicated Gigabit port) of the router
  • Connect the 12V/1A adapter provided to the power outlet
  • Turn on the router - the LED indicators will light up
  • Connect your device to the router's Wi-Fi or plug it in via an Ethernet cable to the 4 Gigabit LAN ports

Configuration via the web interface

  • Open a web browser and go to http://tplinkwifi.net
  • Follow the initial setup wizard
  • Go to “Wireless” > “Wireless Settings” to change the Network Name (SSID) and your Wi-Fi password
  • Select WPA3 or WPA2 as the security protocol (recommended for security)
  • Choose a strong password
  • Ensure the Ethernet cable remains connected to the WAN port for internet connection

Safety and Usage

Maintain a minimum distance of 20 cm between the router and your body during use. With its 4 Gigabit LAN ports and a total speed of 1500 Mbps (Wi-Fi 6), your Archer AX1500 is now ready for use.
