How to install the HEAT WAVE 2000 W radiant panel?
Remove the packaging, place the appliance face down on a soft surface. Attach the two adhesive clips to the bottom of the appliance, insert the casters into the openings and secure them with the screws provided. Place the appliance back on its feet. The appliance is then ready for use.
How to set the temperature and heating levels?
Use the thermostat (lower rotary switch) to set the desired temperature: turn clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease. The upper rotary switch allows you to select the heating level: 0 (off), I (1000 W) or II (2000 W). The indicator light comes on when the appliance is operating.
Can I use the appliance in a bathroom or near a water source?
No. It is strictly forbidden to use the appliance near a bathtub, shower or pool. The appliance is exclusively intended for indoor household use in a dry location.
What to do if the appliance does not heat?
First check that the appliance is plugged into a functional 220-240 V~ outlet. Make sure the upper rotary switch is not set to 0 and the thermostat is set high enough. If the indicator light does not come on, contact your dealer or an electrician. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory and mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

  • Please connect the unit to a grounded electrical outlet (220-240V, 50/60 Hz).
  • The heater must not be located below a fixed socket.
  • Please operate per the instructions of the manual. Any unrecompensated operation can cause fire, short circuit and personal injuries.
  • Unauthorized extension of power cord is not allowed to avoid fire caused by overheating of the extension part.
  • To avoid the risk of an electric shock, never insert any objects into the unit or through the guard of the appliance.
  • To avoid burns, please do not touch the hot surface of the appliance. If necessary, please grab the plastic

handle at the rear to move the heater.

  • The appliance is only intended for indoor use. Do not use it outdoors.
  • Please do not use the appliance near bath tubs, showers or swimming pools.
  • Please do not use the appliance near gasoline, paint or any other flammable liquids.
  • Please do not cover the appliance.
  • To avoid current overload, do not share the use of a single socket with other appliances.
  • Please do not use the appliance if the power cord is damaged. Please contact your seller directly.
  • The appliance should not be operated with automatic power-on programmers, timers, or other similar types of devices.
  • For any problems or damage to the equipment, please contact your seller or an electrician. Unauthorized disassembling and replacement of parts are not allowed, and the warranty may no longer be valid.
  • If you are not going to use the heater for a while, it is best to pack the appliance properly and store it in a cool, dry place.

Installation

  • Please take the heater out of the package. Place it upside down on a soft surface.
  • Place the two clamps on the bottom of the device (fig. 1), insert the castors into the corresponding openings on the clamps, and fasten them with the screws included in the package (fig. 2).

  • Please place the heater upright. The unit is now ready for operation.

Operation

  • Room temperature can be adjusted by using the thermostat.
  • Please turn the thermostat knob clockwise to increase the heater temperature or anti-clockwise to decrease it, until you reach the desired temperature.
  • Switch the heater to one of the following power settings:

0 = On/Off

I = Heating level I (1000W)

II = Heating level II (2000W)

  • The power switch lights up when the device is operating. Do not cover the heater at any time during operation. There is a risk of fire!
  • To turn off the heater, turn the power switch to the Off position (0) and turn the thermostat control switch anti-clockwise.

Cleaning

  • Please turn off the heater and unplug it from the main socket.
  • Please allow the unit to cool down before cleaning.
  • Please clean the outside part of the heater with a clean and damp cloth and buff it with a dry cloth afterwards.
  • Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemicals. This can damage the surface of your heater. Only use mild detergents.
  • Never disassemble the appliance for cleaning.
  • Never rinse or spray the appliance with water.

In case of complaint

  • You can claim the device within 24 months from the date of purchase (receipt).
  • A free replacement or repair will be excluded if the product has been improperly handled previously.
  • Defects in wear parts, consumables, as well as cleaning, maintenance, or replacement of said parts are therefore at the customer's expense.
  • If you wish to make a complaint, please bring the entire device in its original packaging and with proof of purchase to your dealer. For timely and convenient service registration, visit our website www.suntec-wellness.de and learn more.
  • Without proof of purchase, generally there will be no repair or replacement.
  • In the event that the complaint case is analogous to our terms of service, all defects of the device or its accessories due to material or manufacturing defects will be eliminated by repair or, at our discretion, by replacing the unit.
  • Damage to accessories does not automatically lead to a free exchange of the whole device. In these cases, please contact your dealer. Glass breakage or breakage of plastic parts are always charged.
  • The dealer or repair service can perform the repair after the expiration of the warranty at a charge.
