- Unpack the product. Remove all the labels from the product. Check that it is complete and in a good condition. If the unit is damaged or faulty, do not use it and take it to your retailer or after-sales service centre.
- Keep all packaging out of the reach of children. There is a risk of accidents if children play with packaging materials.

This unit has been designed exclusively for kneading and chopping food in private homes.
Any other use may damage the unit or cause injury.

Before the first use
Before using this appliance for the first time, wash the bowl and blade assembly in sudsy water and dry thoroughly, all of these parts are safe in dishwasher, wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth, do not immerse the motor unit in water.
How to chop or mince food
- Place the bowl on a counter or other flat surface, then slide the blade down over the shaft in the bowl. Be careful not to touch the blade as it is extremely sharp.
- Place food in the bowl, the desired food refers to the chopping guide. Do not fill food beyond the MAX 500 mark.
- Place the bowl cover onto the bowl.
- Secure the motor unit to the bowl. The upper part of blade rod must be housed in the motor unit. Check that the motor unit sits correctly on the bowl.
- Connect the power plug to an appropriate mains socket.
- Press and hold the button.
- After use, release the button to turn off the unit.
- Be sure the blade stops rotating completely before removing the bowl cover. Unplug the unit. Remove the motor unit and grasp the plastic blade rod. Carefully pull the blade assembly out. Remove the bowl and empty the processed food. Do not use bowl for storing food.
Chopping guide

| Bread fresh, toasted or stale | Use 80g (size: 100 mm x 100 mm x 10 mm) at a time, torn into several pieces. Process 10 seconds ON and 2 min OFF until pureed as desired. |
| Carrot | Drain up to 150g (size: 15 mm x 15 mm x15 mm). Process 10 seconds ON and 2 min OFF until pureed as desired. |
| Almonds | Process up to 100g. Process 20 seconds ON and 2 min OFF until desired chop is reached. |
| Cookies, crackers | Process up to 150g cookies (size: 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm) or crackers (size: 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm). Process 10 seconds ON and 2 min OFF until desired chop is reached. |
| Fresh beef or pork | Cut into 25mm x 25mm x 25mm bulk. Process up to 100g beef or pork. Process 10 seconds ON and 2 min OFF until desired chop is reached. |
Cleaning and maintenance
- Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Wash the bowl, blade assembly immediately after use either with warm/sudsy water or in the dishwasher. Wipe off the motor unit with a damp cloth- do not immerse in water.
NOTE: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent the gloss loss.
Storage
- Always unplug the unit before storing it.
- Store the unit in a fresh, dry and dust-free place, out of the reach of children and pets.
- Please retain the packaging and use it to store your unit when it is not in use for an extended period of time.
