How to activate Wi-Fi on my Packard Bell EasyNote LE69KB?

Press the Windows + W keys, type "wireless" then click on Wireless. Turn on the Wi-Fi switch. To connect to a network, press Windows + W, type "connection" and choose Connect to a network. Select your network and enter the password if required.

How to use the touchpad?

The touchpad works like a mouse. Slide a finger to move the cursor. Tap once to click, twice to double-click. Use the left and right buttons like a mouse. Two-finger gestures allow scrolling or zooming.

How to create a recovery backup?

From the Start screen, type Recovery and click on Packard Bell Recovery Management. Choose Create factory default backup. Plug in a USB key of at least 16 GB (32 GB recommended) and follow the instructions.

How to reinstall original drivers and applications?

In Packard Bell Recovery Management, select Reinstall drivers or applications. You can do it from the hard drive or from a backup on DVD or USB key. Follow the on-screen prompts for each item.

What to do if the computer does not turn on?

Check that the AC adapter is plugged in and the battery is charged. Try holding the power button for 10 seconds. If nothing happens, contact Packard Bell technical support.

How to clean my laptop?

Where to find the serial number of my computer?

The serial number is on a sticker under the computer. It is usually noted as SN or Serial No.. Keep it for technical support.
