WARNINGS This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; farm houses; by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; bed and breakfast type environments. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system. The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating. Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact with food, refer to the section “Cleaning and Maintenance”. The door or the outer surface may get hot when the appliance is operating. The surfaces are liable to get hot during use. Do not place the appliance in or near hot gas or electric burner, or permit to touch a heated oven or mini oven. The rear surface of appliance shall be placed against a wall.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or any part of the oven in water or other liquids. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces. The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries. Turn off and unplug the oven from the mains socket when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before cleaning or handling. Always grasp the plug, but never pull the cord. Do not cover any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven. To avoid burns, use extreme caution when removing tray/rack or disposing of hot grease. A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable materials such as curtains, drapes or wooden panels when in operation. Do not store any items on top of the oven when in operation. Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: paper, cardboard, plastic, or other similar products. Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer's recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use. Always wear oven gloves (not supplied) or use the supplied rack/tray handle when inserting or removing items from the hot oven. Do not use the oven outdoors. Do not use the oven for any use other than intended use. Oversize foods and metal utensils must not be inserted in the oven as they may cause a risk of fire or electric shock. Adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature.

Select cooking function by turning this knob to the desired setting.

Set cooking time up to 120 minutes. The oven will automatically turn off at the end of the cooking time. To turn off the oven, turn this knob to the 0 position. You can also set the knob to the On position for continuous cooking without timer).

Remove all packaging materials and wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Wash the accessories in warm soapy water. always use an ovenproof container and never use plastic or cardboard containers in the oven. Set the temperature as suggested by your recipe or as desired. Securely shut the oven door and set the cooking time to start cooking. Upper heating + Rotisserie with fan / Upper and lower heating + Rotisserie

1. Slide the tray onto the bottom position in the oven.

2. Place food to be cooked on the rotisserie skewer by inserting the rotisserie skewer directly through

the centre of the food.

3. Place two skewer clamps into the food and secure the skewer clamps with two thumbscrews.

4. Insert the pointed end of the rotisserie skewer into the drive socket

located on the right hand side of the oven wall. Drive socket

WARNING:

If the cooking time is less than 5 minutes, you must turn the timer control knob past the 20 minutes then back to the desired cooking time. This will ensure a safe and accurate timer setting.

After cooking After you finish cooking, turn the timer control knob to the 0 position. Slowly open the oven door and then remove the cooked food. CAUTION: Cooked food and baking tray or rack can be very hot; handle with care. To remove rotisserie skewer, please always use rotisserie skewer handle. Remove the rotisserie skewer by placing the hooks of the rotisserie skewer handle under the grooves on the either side of the rotisserie skewer. Lift the left side of the rotisserie skewer first by lifting it up and out. Then pull the rotisserie skewer out of the drive socket and carefully remove the roast from the oven. Take the roast off the rotisserie skewer and place on cutting board or platter.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Unplug the appliance from the mains socket and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Clean the outside of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Dry it thoroughly. Do not immerse the appliance in water. Wash the accessories in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry them thoroughly before use. Never use abrasive or chemical cleaning agents. Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross contamination from different types of food, the use of warm clean water with a mild detergent is advisable when dealing with surfaces that come into contact with food. Correct food hygiene practices should always be followed at all times to avoid possibility of food poisoning /cross contamination.
