How to adjust the monitor brightness?

You can adjust brightness via the Adjustment menu by selecting Color then Brightness. Use the ▲/▼ keys to adjust the value from 0 to 100%. It is recommended to wait 30 minutes after power-on to stabilize performance. You can also use the direct + and - keys on the front of the monitor.

How to use ColorNavigator software?

The ColorNavigator software is on the supplied CD-ROM. Install it on your computer and connect the monitor via the supplied USB cable (USB upstream port). The software allows you to calibrate the monitor settings and generate ICC (Windows) or ColorSync (Mac) profiles. Refer to the software manual for detailed procedures.

What to do if the screen displays no image?

First check that the power cord is plugged in and the main switch is on. If the power indicator is orange, the monitor is in standby: press a keyboard key or move the mouse. If the indicator is blue but no image, increase brightness or contrast in the menu. Also try changing the input signal with the S key. Ensure the computer is on and the signal cable is properly connected.

How to switch to portrait (vertical) mode?

To use the monitor in portrait orientation, rotate the screen 90° to the right. Then set the menu orientation via Adjustment > OSD Configuration > Orientation and select Portrait. Your graphics card must also support portrait display – modify the display settings in the operating system.

How to clean the screen without damaging it?

Use a soft cloth, such as a cotton cloth or lens cleaning cloth. For stubborn stains, lightly dampen the cloth or use the supplied ScreenCleaner. Never use solvents (alcohol, benzene, thinner) or abrasive products that could damage the anti-glare coating.

What color modes are available?

The monitor offers several preset modes: Custom, sRGB, EBU (European standard), Rec.709 (ITU-R standard), SMPTE-C, DCI (digital cinema), and up to three CAL modes for calibration settings. Change mode using the M key on the front of the monitor.

How to lock the keys to prevent changes?

Turn off the monitor with the power key, then turn it on again while holding the M key for 2 seconds. An optional menu appears: select Lock and choose Menu (locks menu keys) or All (locks all keys except power). To unlock, repeat the operation.

How to activate Auto EcoView function?

Go to Adjustment > PowerManager > Auto EcoView and select On. The sensor on the front detects ambient brightness and automatically adjusts screen brightness for visual comfort and energy savings. This function is not available in CAL mode.

How to connect multiple computers?

The monitor has three inputs: two DVI-I and one DisplayPort. Connect each computer to a different input. Use the S key to switch between signals. In the menu Adjustment > Tools > Input Selection, you can choose Auto (automatically switches when a computer is turned off) or Manual (manual selection).

What to do if afterimages appear?

Afterimages are normal on LCD screens after prolonged display of a static image. To mitigate, use a screen saver or enable power saving. If marks persist, display a white or black screen for a few minutes – this may resolve the issue. Avoid displaying fixed images for long periods.
