Frequently Asked Questions - CNB-02 Vevor
How to charge the collar and remote?
Connect the supplied USB cable to the charging port of the receiver and remote. Use a 5V/1A adapter. The full charge cycle takes about 2 hours. A red LED indicator turns off when the battery is full. It is recommended to charge the device before each extended use.
How to pair the receiver and remote?
To pair, press and hold the power button on the receiver for 5 seconds until the indicator flashes. Then press the "Link" button on the remote. The indicator turns off when the connection is established. For more details, see the manual.
Is the collar waterproof?
Yes, the receiver has an IPX7 certification. You can use it in rain or splashes, but do not leave it immersed for more than 30 minutes at 1 meter. The remote is not waterproof, keep it dry.
What is the battery life?
On standby, the collar can last about 15 days and the remote about 30 days. With intensive use and frequent stimulations, this battery life can be reduced. Recharge both devices regularly.
How many stimulation levels are available?
The CNB-02 offers 16 levels of electronic stimulation, as well as a separate sound and vibration mode. Simply adjust the dial or +/- buttons on the remote to set the intensity according to your dog's size and temperament.
Is this collar suitable for small dogs?
This model is designed for dogs from 5 to 50 kg. For very small dogs, always start with level 1 of sound and vibration before using the pulse. Monitor reactions and use electronic stimulation with caution.
What to do if the dog does not react to stimulation?
Check that the collar is in good contact with the skin (the contact points must touch the neck). Gradually increase the intensity level. If there is no reaction, re-pair the remote and receiver, or charge the batteries. If the problem persists, contact Vevor customer service.
How to maintain the collar?
After each session, remove the collar and wipe the contact points with a dry cloth to prevent oxidation. Do not use solvents or abrasive products. Store the device in a dry, moderate-temperature place.
Does the collar have a safety mode?
The CNB-02 is equipped with an automatic lock function to avoid accidental stimulations. In addition, the remote automatically turns off after several minutes of inactivity. You can also disable the electronic pulse and use only sound and vibration.
How to adjust the collar size?
The collar is adjustable from 20 to 60 cm. Pass the strap through the buckles and secure the excess. Leave a gap of 1 to 2 cm between the dog's neck and the collar to avoid over-tightening. Test by inserting two fingers between the collar and the neck.
