• This equipment is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.

General Fuel Safety

• Petrol/fuel/gasoline is extremely flammable – keep clear of naked flames or other ignition sources.
• Do not spill fuel. If you spill fuel, wipe it off the equipment immediately – if fuel gets on your clothing, change clothing.
• Do NOT smoke near fuel or when refuelling.
• Always shut off the engine before refuelling.
• Do NOT refuel a hot engine.
• Open the fuel cap carefully to allow any pressure build-up in the tank to release slowly.

General Carbon-Monoxide Safety

General Electrical Safety

• Riding can be a hazardous activity. Certain conditions may cause the equipment to fail without fault of the manufacturer. The product can and is intended to move, and it is therefore possible to lose control, fall-off and/or get into dangerous situations that no amount of care, instruction or expertise can eliminate. If such things occur, you can be seriously injured or die, even when using safety equipment and other precautions. RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND USE COMMON-SENSE. FAILURE TO USE COMMON-SENSE AND HEED ALL SAFETY WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS INCREASES RISK OF INJURY. USE THE PRODUCT ONLY WITH APPROPRIATE CAUTION AND SERIOUS ATTENTION TO SAFE OPERATION.
• APPROPRIATE RIDER USE AND PARENTAL SUPERVISION - The recommended minimum rider age of 8 years is an estimate only, and can be affected by the rider's size, weight or skills. Any rider unable to adequately understand the controls or techniques required to ride the product should not attempt to ride it. A parent's decision to allow his or her child to ride this product should be based on the child's maturity, skill and ability to follow rules.
• MAXIMUM RIDER WEIGHT = 80KG - Rider weight does not necessarily mean a person's size is appropriate to fit or control of the product, moreover the ability of the product to safely support the loads placed on it due to rider weight.

Riding Safety

• The hoverboard is a recreational product. You must practise before riding confidently. The manufacturer is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from inexperience or failure to follow the instructions in this manual.
• While following all safety instructions in this manual can reduce risks, it cannot eliminate them entirely. Riding the hoverboard carries the risk of injury or death from falls, collisions, or loss of control. Always comply with local laws and regulations when riding in public spaces. Higher speeds require longer braking distances, and sudden braking on smooth surfaces may lead to wheel slippage or loss of balance. Stay alert and maintain a safe distance from people, pets, and vehicles.
• Always wear a helmet. Use an approved bicycle or skateboard helmet that fits properly, with the chin strap secured, and protects the back of your head.
• Do not attempt your first ride in areas where there are children, pedestrians, pets, vehicles, bicycles, or other hazards.
• Respect pedestrians. Always yield the right of way. Pass on the left when possible. When approaching a pedestrian head-on, keep to the right and slow down. Avoid startling pedestrians. When approaching from behind, announce yourself and reduce your speed to walking pace. Always follow local traffic laws.
• In areas without specific regulations for self-balancing electric vehicles, follow the safety guidelines in this manual. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage, injury, or legal issues caused by violations of these instructions.

• Do not allow others to ride the hoverboard unless they have read this manual and watched the safety video. You are responsible for the safety of new riders. Help them become familiar with the basic operation, and ensure they wear a helmet and other protective gear.

• Before every ride, inspect the unit for loose fasteners, damage, or low tyre pressure. If the hoverboard makes unusual noises or sounds an alarm, stop riding immediately.

• Stay alert! Scan far ahead and directly in front of the hoverboard. Your eyes are the best tool to avoid obstacles and low-traction surfaces (such as wet ground, sand, gravel, or ice).
• To reduce the risk of injury, read and follow all CAUTION and WARNING notices in this manual. Never ride at unsafe speeds or on roads with motor vehicles. The manufacturer recommends use for riders aged 6 and above. Always observe the following safety points:

- PEOPLE WHO SHOULD NOT RIDE THE HOVERBOARD INCLUDE:

• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Anyone with a medical condition that could be aggravated by physical activity.
• Anyone with balance or motor skill issues.
• Anyone outside the stated weight or height limits (see Specifications).
• Pregnant women.

- DO NOT RIDE IN THE RAIN, SNOW, OR ON WET, MUDDY, ICY, OR SLIPPERY SURFACES. AVOID OBSTACLES SUCH AS SAND, GRAVEL, OR STICKS. THESE CAN CAUSE LOSS OF CONTROL OR BALANCE.

- DO NOT ACCELERATE OR DECELERATE SUDDENLY. NEVER ACCELERATE WHILE THE UNIT IS TILTING BACK OR SOUNDING AN ALARM. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OVERRIDE THE SPEED LIMITER.

• Do not charge the hoverboard if the charger or power outlet is wet.
• Use a surge protector when charging to protect the hoverboard from voltage spikes or power surges. Only use the charger supplied with the unit. Do not use chargers from other products.
• Use only approved hoverboard parts and accessories. Do not modify the unit. Unauthorised modifications can affect its operation, pose serious safety risks, and void the warranty.
• Do not sit on the steering bar. Doing so may cause serious injury or damage to the hoverboard.

Proper Riding Attire

- Always wear proper protective equipment, such as an approved safety helmet (with chin strap securely buckled), elbow and knee pads. A helmet may be legally required by local law or regulation in your area. A long-sleeved shirt, long pants and gloves are recommended. Always wear closed shoes (preferably lace-up shoes with rubber soles), never ride barefoot or in sandals or thongs, and keep shoelaces tied and out of the way of the rubber wheels, motor, and drive system.

Using the Charger

• The supplied charger should be regularly examined for damage to the electrical cord, plug, enclosure, and other parts. If any damage or malfunction occurs, do NOT use the charger again until it has been repaired or replaced.
• Use only with the recommended charger.
• Use caution when charging.
• The charger is not a toy and should be operated by adults only.
• Do not operate the charger near flammable materials.
• Do not clean or perform any maintenance on the product when it is being charged.

Battery Storage

• Charge Regularly: Ensure the hoverboard is fully charged when not in use. Charge it at least once a month. Regular charging helps prevent the battery from fully discharging.
• Battery Handling Warning: Do not attempt to disassemble or remove the battery from the hoverboard. If a replacement is needed, contact the manufacturer or an authorised retailer for assistance and follow their guidance.

Operation

When unpacking your hoverboard, please check that all the included items from the online listing are included in the package. If anything is missing, contact the manufacturer. Once you've confirmed that all components are present and in good condition, you may proceed with assembly.

Keep the box and packaging materials in case you need to ship your hoverboard in the future.

Always switch off the hoverboard and unplug the charging cable before assembling or mounting.

Do not use the hoverboard for high-speed sharp steering. Don't operate the hoverboard on slopes. It will lead to the hoverboard's balancing angle to offset, affecting your driving safety. Monitor battery usage when in use, the scooter may suddenly slow down as the battery charge reduces.

First Ride

There are safety risks when learning to ride the hoverboard. You must read the safety instructions before your first ride.

For your protection, the hoverboard is not activated at this time and will beep occasionally after being powered on.

1. Press the power switch. Go to a large, open area and ask a friend to assist you on your first ride.

WARNING: Always step off from the back of the hoverboard.

1. Gently place one foot on the footpad while keeping your other foot on the ground to support your weight. Do not press the steering bar with your leg.

1. Slowly transfer your weight onto the hoverboard. The unit will beep, indicating it has entered Balance Mode. Step on with your other foot.

1. Stand with your weight evenly distributed on both feet. Relax and look straight ahead.

1. Gently lean your body forward or backward to control movement.

1. To turn, gently lean your body left or right against the steering bar.

Learning to Ride

• Riders must weigh 20–80 kg (44–176 lbs) and be over 121 cm (4 ft) tall.
  • Always wear an approved helmet and protective gear to reduce the risk of injury.
• For first-time riders, adjust the hoverboard to Child Mode manually.

Riding Safety Warnings

You must read and understand all Warnings and Safe Riding Instructions in this manual before using the hoverboard. Failure to do so may result in serious injury or death due to loss of balance, traction, or control; collisions; or falls.

Avoid hitting obstacles with the wheel or tyre.

Maintain a moderate speed (3–10 km/h) on uneven surfaces and small bumps. Keep your knees slightly bent for balance. Going too fast or too slow may cause a fall.

Watch your head when passing through doorways.

Avoid slopes steeper than 15° . If the rider weighs more than 80kg, avoid slopes over 10° .

Do not ride through puddles or into water. Keep the unit dry at all times.

Never ride on public roads, highways, or streets.

Do not accelerate when the hoverboard tilts back or sounds an alarm. Never attempt to override the speed limiter.

Do not accelerate or decelerate abruptly. Avoid leaning more than 5° or changing speed faster than 4 km/h per second.

The hoverboard is for single riders only. Do not carry passengers or children.

Do not ride over holes, kerbs, steps, or other obstacles.

Do not rock your body or shift weight abruptly.

Do not attempt stunts. Always keep both feet on the footpads and maintain control.

Maintain contact with the ground at all times. Do not jump or lift off while riding.

Avoid riding on low-traction surfaces, such as wet ground, loose sand, gravel, or ice. These conditions increase the risk of slipping and falling.

Do not lift the hoverboard by the fenders while it is powered on. Doing so may pinch or injure your fingers or hands.

When turned on

Battery Charging Guidelines

1. Positioning the Charging Port

The charging port is located at the back of the footpad. Refer to the diagram for its exact position.

2. Open the Protective Cover

Lift the cover to ensure the charging port is fully exposed before use.

3. Charging Environment

Place the hoverboard in a dry, stable area away from flammable materials. Avoid charging in high temperatures or humid environments. Do not use the hoverboard while it is overheating or charging.

4. Power Off Before Charging

Always turn off the hoverboard before charging.

5. Secure Connection

Insert the charging cable into the charging port firmly to ensure a secure connection.

6. Use the Original Charger

Only use the charger supplied with the product. Using non-original or incompatible chargers may cause battery damage or pose safety risks.

7. Voltage Compatibility

The charger supports 100–240V / 50–60Hz input, suitable for most regions.

8. Charging Indicator Light

While charging, the indicator light on the charger will display red. Once the battery is fully charged, it will turn green. Stop charging when the green light appears.

9. Avoid Overcharging

Make sure the charger is securely connected. Do not leave the hoverboard unattended while charging. Disconnect the charger once charging is complete. Long-term overcharging can reduce battery life and increase safety risks.

10. Keep Hands Dry

Ensure your hands are dry when operating the charger or hoverboard to prevent electric shock or injury.

11. Monitor Battery Temperature

Keep an eye on the battery temperature during charging. If it becomes abnormally hot, stop charging immediately and inspect the battery. Overheating may signal internal battery issues and should be addressed promptly to prevent danger.

Following these guidelines helps ensure safe charging and extends battery life. If you notice any abnormal behaviour, contact the manufacturer immediately.

Reset Instructions

1. Place the hoverboard on a flat, level surface.

1. Ensure both footpads are level and aligned.

1. Wait for reset confirmation. After a few seconds, the flashing and alarm will stop.

1. Turn off the power. Locate and switch off the power button.

1. Reset the hoverboard. Press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds until the signal light flashes and the alarm sounds.

1. Turn off the power again. The reset is now complete.

Notes: Make sure the footpads remain level and aligned during the reset. If unused for an extended period, charge the hoverboard occasionally.

Lithium Battery Care and Maintenance

Top 3 Battery Care Requirements

1. Charge battery before first use. The battery may arrive with some charge, regardless of this the battery must be charged for 2-3 hrs on the initial charge and 2-3 hrs for each subsequent charge.
2. Charge battery immediately when it is depleted. Do not store a depleted battery. This will permanently impact the life of the battery. If the battery is going to be stored for a period of time, fully charge the battery before storing.

To ensure the battery maintains optimum performance, follow the guidelines outlined below.

• For best results, charge batteries in temperatures between 10°C and 30°C
• When battery is charged, disconnect the charger from the power supply and remove the battery from the charger.
• If a battery is stored or otherwise unused for an extended period, and the battery has no charge remaining when you check it, consider it to be damaged. Do not attempt to recharge it or to use it. Replace it with a new battery.
• Use only with the battery charger specified by the manufacturer.
• Ensure that the battery charger electrical cord is not subjected to damage or stress. Do not operate the battery charger if it has a damaged electrical cord or plug.
• Do not use the charger in wet areas or expose it to rain or water.
• The typical estimated life of a Lithium-Ion battery is about two to three years or 300 to 500 charge cycles, whichever occurs first. One charge cycle is a period of use from fully charged, to fully discharged, and fully recharged again.
• Explosion hazard – protect the battery against heat, for example, direct sunlight and fire. Do not store batteries in vehicles or locations subject to heat.
• Batteries can explode in the presence of an ignition source, such as a pilot light. To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, never use any cordless product in the presence of open flame. Exploding batteries can propel debris and chemicals.
• Do not open the battery – danger of short-circuiting and/or explosion.
• Do not attempt to destroy or disassemble the battery pack or remove any of its components.
• Do not touch the battery terminals with metal objects and/or body parts as short-circuit and/or personal injury may result.
• Explosion hazard – do not open and/or short-circuit the battery.
• Poison hazard – battery leakage (liquid ejection). Under extreme conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery – avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, immediately seek medical attention, and flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, immediately seek medical attention, flush with clean water for at least 10 minutes. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
• Dispose of non-serviceable batteries in an environmentally responsible manner and according to local regulations.

Failure to adhere to the requirements above may result in the battery becoming inoperative or battery life being reduced. In extreme cases or abuse, battery overheating, or fire may result.

DANGER - BATTERY CHARGING, USE AND STORAGE

Like mobile phones, laptops, cordless vacuum cleaners etc, this product may contain or be related to a lithium ion battery pack (lithium ion batteries and lithium ion battery related items only). Lithium ion batteries allow fast charging and high capacities, however care must be taken to reduce chances of a fault, and increase safety in case a fault occurs. Catastrophic incidents involving lithium ion batteries have a tendency to result in large amounts of smoke and fire. Be sure to follow the points below to reduce the likelihood of danger whenever you use, charge or store any lithium ion battery.

• Never charge a battery that has been damaged or subjected to a forceful impact.
• Never charge a battery that has been exposed to moisture or water.
• Never charge a battery with a charger that wasn't supplied with the battery.
• Never use a battery in a device that it wasn't specifically designed for.
• Never use a battery with a modified or damaged device.
• Never modify the battery, product, charger, circuitry or wiring.
• Never charge a battery in an exit path that may be used by people to leave a room or building in case of an emergency, for example, the hallway or foyer of a residence.
• Never charge a battery in an area or building that doesn't have the recommended number of working smoke detectors that have been tested in accordance with local guidelines.
• Never charge a battery when the battery or charger is displaying a problem or charging incorrectly.
• Always charge batteries on a non-combustible surface, for example, on a concrete floor.
• Always charge batteries at least 3m away from anything combustible, such as floors, wall surfaces, furniture, storage shelves etc.
• Always charge batteries in an open area (outside if possible) ensuring the battery and charger are away from moisture and water.
• Always disconnect batteries from the charger after charging.
• Always remove or disconnect batteries from the device/product when not in use.
• Always ensure batteries are charged under adult supervision. Do not charge unattended. Do not charge batteries while no one is home or while people are sleeping.
• Keep batteries away from heat and moisture.
• Damaged batteries should be disposed of through your local e-waste collection service.
• Avoid mixing and matching chargers. Unplug products when fully charged, and charge batteries in a cool, dry place away from combustible materials like beds, lounges, or carpet.
• During charging and use, check your lithium-ion batteries for overheating, signs of swelling, leaking, or venting gas. Immediately stop using your product if these signs are present.
• Allow batteries to cool after use and before charging.

Maintenance

Cleaning and Storing Your Hoverboard

Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the frame. For stubborn dirt, gently scrub using a toothbrush and toothpaste, then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Light scratches on plastic components may be polished using ultra-fine grit abrasive paper.

Note: Do not clean the hoverboard with alcohol, petrol, acetone, or other corrosive or volatile solvents — these may damage the exterior and internal components. Do not use a pressure washer or high-pressure hose.

WARNING: Ensure the hoverboard is switched off, the charger is unplugged, and the charging port's rubber cap is securely sealed before cleaning. Failure to do so may cause electric shock or damage the electronics.

Store the hoverboard in a cool, dry place. Avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, as this can reduce battery life and degrade plastic components.

Battery Pack Maintenance

• Do not store or charge the battery outside the recommended temperature range.
• Do not discard or destroy the battery. Refer to the label on the battery (found on the underside of the unit) for key information.
  • Always follow local regulations for battery disposal and recycling.

A well-maintained battery can last for many kilometres. To maximise battery life:

• Charge the battery after each ride.
• Avoid fully depleting the battery.
• For best performance, operate at around 22° C (room temperature). Using the battery below 0° C will reduce range and output.

For example:

• At 0° C , performance may drop.
• At -20°C , range may be reduced by half.
• Battery performance will recover as temperatures return to normal.

Note: A fully charged battery should retain power for 60–90 days in standby. Always recharge after each use. Permanent damage may occur if the battery is completely drained. The internal electronics track charge-discharge history. Damage from over-discharge or deep discharge is not covered by the Limited Warranty.

⚠ WARNING – Risk of Fire: Do not attempt to disassemble the battery. There are no user-serviceable parts. ⚠ WARNING – Operation Temperature Limits: Do not use the hoverboard when the ambient temperature falls outside the recommended operating range. Operating at low or high temperatures may reduce available power or torque, increasing the risk of falls or property damage.

WARNING – Risk of Fire – No User-Serviceable Parts: This personal e-mobility device is not designed for use above 2000 m elevation. Prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, or weather may damage the outer shell. Always store the hoverboard indoors when not in use.

Calibrations and Alarms

Calibration

If the hoverboard moves forward or backward on its own while in Balance Mode on flat ground, it may require calibration.

If the issue continues after calibration, please contact the manufacturer.

To Calibrate the Hoverboard:

1. Make sure the hoverboard is switched off and positioned on a level surface with both footpads parallel to the ground.
2. Press and hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds, then release it.
3. You will hear a beep – this indicates that calibration has begun.
4. The red lights (running indicator and left turn indicator) will flash three times.
5. Once the red light remains on, calibration is complete.
6. Turn the hoverboard off and on again to finish the process.

Self-Balance Adjustment (Manual)

To manually adjust the self-balancing system:

1. Place the hoverboard horizontally on a flat surface.
2. Make sure it is turned on.
3. Press and hold the power button for about 6 seconds until you hear a beep.
4. Restart the hoverboard to complete the adjustment.

Alarms

Overheating Alarm

Extended use may raise the internal temperature above 50° C ( 122° F). If this occurs:

• The LED lights will flash red
• An alarm will sound
• The hoverboard will not charge during this state

Action: Step off, switch off the unit, and allow it to cool down before using or charging again.

Speeding Alarm

Exceeding the set speed limit may trigger a lift alarm.

Other Alarms

• Try restarting the hoverboard
• If the issue persists, contact the manufacturer

How do I connect the Bluetooth speaker?

To connect the hoverboard's Bluetooth speaker:

1. Open your phone's Bluetooth settings
2. Search for the device name, usually "Wheel-music"
3. Tap to connect directly

I can't find the Bluetooth speaker. Does it support Bluetooth?

Yes, the hoverboard does support Bluetooth. If you cannot find the Bluetooth connection:

The hoverboard is shaking. Is it dangerous?

Shaking can occur if the rider's weight is below the minimum requirement. You can fix this by manually adjusting the unit:

1. Stand the hoverboard upright
2. Press and release the power button to turn it on
3. Immediately press and hold the button again for about 6 seconds until you hear a beep
4. The hoverboard will restart with balance adjustment complete

The wheels turn at different speeds / turning is uneven / one side isn't level at startup. What should I do?

1. Your hoverboard is likely out of balance. Follow these steps to calibrate it:
2. Ensure the hoverboard is switched off
3. Place it on a flat surface, with both footpads level and parallel
4. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds
5. Release it when you hear a beep

The hoverboard shakes when I step off — is that normal?

Remove all screws from the underside of the hoverboard. You can now lift the bottom plate off, this will expose the battery. The battery is secured by x4 screws. Remove these screws and unplug the battery. We can provide a video on demand if needed.
