USER MANUAL Air Drybold Allin1 Saphire CECOTEC

Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance. Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.

All safety instructions must be closely followed when using the appliance.

Ensure that the mains voltage matches the voltage specified on the appliance rating label and that the plug is earthed.

This appliance is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for bars, restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels, and offices.

If the appliance is to be used in a bathroom, it must be unplugged from the wall socket after use, as the proximity to water could be a risk even with the appliance switched off.

As additional protection, it is recommended that a Residual Current Device (RCD) having a rated operating fault current not exceeding 30 mA be installed in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. We recommend you ask a qualified installer for advice.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by unsupervised children.

This icon means that the appliance must not be used in a bathtub, shower, or any other water-filled tank.

- WARNING: do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, sinks or other containers filled with water.

- Do not immerse the cord, plug, or any other non-removable part of the appliance in water or any other liquid or expose electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on the appliance.

This symbol means: warning, hot surface.

- Check the power cable regularly for visible damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by Cecotec's Official Technical Support Service to avoid any danger.

- Ensure that the air inlets and outlets are not blocked.

- Turn off and unplug the appliance from the power supply immediately after use.

- Immediately unplug the appliance from the socket in these cases:

A. Abnormal operation.

B. Cleaning.

C. After use

- Do not insert metal objects through the air inlets to avoid electric shocks.

- Do not wind the power cord around the appliance.

- Keep your face, neck, and scalp away from the appliance.

- Do not leave the appliance on any surface while in operation.

- Risk of burns. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children, especially during use and while it is cooling down.

- Never leave the device unattended while it is connected to the mains. - Do not use the appliance to comb wigs, natural hair extensions, fake hair, or animal hair.

- The air inlet ensures good ventilation of the appliance. Do not cover or obstruct it, as this may cause overheating.

- Do not insert objects in the air inlet.

2. BEFORE USE

This appliance comes in a packaging designed to protect it during transport. Take the appliance out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging materials in a safe place to prevent damage to the appliance if you need to transport it in the future. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, make sure all items are recycled properly.

- Check that all parts and components are included and in good condition. If any of them are missing or damaged, please contact Cecotec's Official Technical Support Service immediately.

- Do not remove the product's serial number in order to keep proper traceability if technical assistance is required.

3. OPERATION

1. Select the attachment position you want to use. To change the attachment position, press the rotary switch at the top and turn the attachment until it locks into one of the two positions (you will hear a click):

- Dryer position: air will flow through the drying nozzle. No air will flow through the sides or heated bristles.

- Air brush/straightening brush position: air will flow through both sides with bristles. No air will flow through the drying nozzle or heated bristles.

1. Press and hold the power button to switch on/off the device.

2. Adjusting the air speed: Press the air speed adjustment button.

- With each press, it changes to the next level.

- Follows the cyclical sequence: 3 > 1 > 2 > 3 > ..

- Plesenotethatthedefaultsettingonstart-upislevel3(maximum). LED indicator light:

- Level 1: 1 blue light illuminates.

- Level 2: 2 blue lights illuminate.

- Level 3: 3 blue lights illuminate.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- Unplug the device from the mains and let it to cool down before cleaning.

- Use a soft, damp (not wet) cloth to clean the surface of the device. - Remove the air inlet grille cover by pulling it downwards. Use a soft

brush or cotton bud to clean the air inlet. Put the cover back in place. - Never immerse the device in water or other liquids.

- Do not use scouring pads, powders, or abrasive cleaning products to clean the product.

- Do not twist, bend, stretch, or damage the power cord.

- Clean the dirt and hairs that may be clogging the device after each use.

5. TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem	Possible causes	Possible solutions
The device does not switch on.	Check if it is correctly plugged in.	Check that the socket is live and connect the brush.
	The power/mode setting knob has not been turned or the heating plate has not been activated.	Place the power knob on one of the on positions. Press the power button on the heating plate.
	The brush has switched off due to overheating.	Unplug the device from the mains and allow it to cool properly. Before turning it on again, check there is nothing obstructing the air inlet.
The bristles do not heat up.	The heated bristles are deactivated.	Even if the brush is switched on, the heated bristles must be activated manually. Press the power button to activate.

WARNING:

Do not attempt to repair the hot air brush yourself. If the problem persists after performing the checks described above, please contact authorised personnel, the shop where you purchased the product or the official Cecotec Customer Service
