On the SMEG SC112EB2 oven, the knob for selecting the cooking mode is located on the control panel of the appliance. It is called the function knob.

This knob allows you to choose from the following cooking modes:

• Fan cooking - with fan symbol
• Traditional cooking
• Grill

To select your cooking mode, simply turn this knob to the symbol or text corresponding to the desired mode. You will generally hear a slight click confirming the change.

On the SMEG SC112EB2 oven, you set the cooking parameters using the three knobs located on the control panel:

• Temperature: Turn the thermostat knob to select the desired temperature between 50 and 250°C.
• Cooking mode: Turn the function knob to choose from the available modes: fan-assisted cooking (fan symbol), traditional cooking, or grill.
• Duration: Turn the timer knob to set the desired cooking time (from 1 to 120 minutes).

Important: Always preheat the oven before placing food inside. For grilling, allow about 5 minutes of preheating at maximum temperature.
