- All safety instructions must be closely followed when using the appliance.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by unsupervised children.
- This appliance is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for bars, restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels, and offices.
- Never insert fingers, pencils, or other objects through the air exit when the appliance is running.
- Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage stated on the product marking and that the wall outlet is grounded.
- Do not immerse the cord, plug, or any non-removable part of the appliance in water or any other liquid. Do not expose the electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on the appliance.

Check the power cord regularly for visible damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be repaired by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec to avoid any type of danger.
- Do not move the product or pull from its power cord. Do not use the cord as handle. Do not push the cord against corners or sharp edges. Do not pass the product over the power cord. Keep the cord away from hot surfaces.
- Do not use the appliance if its cord, plug, or housing is damaged, nor after it malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any way.
- Do not use the appliance in confined spaces with explosive or flammable vapours.
- Keep the fan away from heat sources.
- Keep hair, clothes, fingers, and other body parts away from openings and moving parts of the product.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended while in use. Unplug it from the power supply when you finish using it and before leaving the room.
- Do not try to repair the product by yourself. Contact the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
- Always turn off and unplug the appliance when not in use, before moving it to a new location, and before assembling or disassembling it. To prevent it from tipping over, wind the cord safely.
- Make sure the fan is not placed close to curtains or other objects it may become entangled with.
- Do not place the cord under carpets or cover it. Place the cord where it will not be tripped over.
- Operate the fan in a wide area. Use the fan in a well-ventilated area. A distance of no less than 20 cm should be kept from walls and corners to ensure proper air ventilation during operation.
- Keep this appliance and its power cord out of reach of children under the age of 8.

2. BEFORE USE
- This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the appliance out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent product damage when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
- Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If any of them are missing or not in good condition, please contact Cecotec's official Technical Support Service immediately.

3. ASSEMBLY
The main body of the fan and the rest of parts do not come assembled. Follow the instructions on this manual to assemble the product before operation.
WARNING:
Never operate the appliance without it being completely assembled. Only operate the fan in an upright position. Any other position could create a dangerous situation.
Follow these instructions to assemble the product:
- Unpack the fan and remove all the packaging materials.
- Use the fixing screw and the pressure plate to mount the parts of the main body to the base.
- Adjust the height-adjustment bar to the desired level and then lock it with the fixing nut.
- Loosen the fastening nut and introduce the height-adjustment bar through the lower-part hole of the head and then screw the fastening nut.
- Use the fixing nut to attach the back grille to the fan head and to fix the blades in place.
- To attach the front and back grilles, use the grid ring carefully to hold them together and tighten the ring with the screw supplied with the product.
- Before using the fan, make sure that it is on a flat and stable surface. Damage may occur if it is placed on an uneven surface.
4. OPERATION
- Set all the switches to the OFF position, then insert the plug directly into a standard socket. Make sure the plug fits tightly into outlet.
- Rotate the timer knob counterclockwise and select ON, press the speed button to start the fan, and select the fan speed level: 1 (Low), 2 (medium), 3 (high).
- To stop the fan, just press the button "0".
- Set the time by rotating the timer knob clockwise to select a desired operating time, it can be programmed from 0 to 120 minutes.
- For a greater air flow, press the head-movement button to activate the oscillation function. To deactivate it, pull from the same button. The air-flow angle can be adjusted by tilting the fan head up or down.
- To lift or lower the height of the fan, loosen the lower lock nut, and lift or lower the lift pole to your desired height, then fasten the lower lock nut tightly.
WARNING:
Turn the fan off before adjusting its height.
To completely shut the fan off, turn all the controls to off and remove the plug from the socket outlet.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Always remove the plug from the socket outlet and allow the fan to stop operating before cleaning it.
- Clean the external surfaces of the fan with a soft damp (not dripping wet) cloth.
- Do not immerse the fan in water.
- Do not use any cleaning chemicals such as detergents and abrasives.
- Do not allow the interior (especially the PCB) to get wet, as this could create a hazard.
- When the appliance is not in use, make sure that it is unplugged from the wall socket. To store the fan, you may put it back in the original box and store it in a cool and dry place until later use.
- In case of malfunction or doubt, do not try to repair the fan yourself, it may result in a fire hazard or electric shock.
