Frequently Asked Questions - Energysilence 4800 Light Goldwhite CECOTEC

How to install the Energysilence 4800 ceiling fan?
Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Attach the bracket to the ceiling using the included anchors, then assemble the blades and connect the wires according to the color code (phase, neutral, ground). Finally, attach the motor unit and check the balance.
How to use the remote control?
The remote control allows you to adjust the speed (6 levels), activate the reversible function, turn the light on/off, and set a delayed shutdown. Insert batteries (not included) and point towards the receiver.
What is the difference between summer and winter mode?
In summer mode, the blades rotate counterclockwise to create a cooling breeze. In winter mode, clockwise rotation redistributes warm air accumulated at the ceiling to the floor, improving heating.
The fan is noisy, what should I do?
Check that the blades are properly attached and balanced. Ensure the bracket is securely screwed to the ceiling. Slight noise at startup is normal. If the noise persists, contact after-sales service.
What bulb should I use for the light?
The integrated light accepts an E27 LED bulb (not included). Maximum power: 40 W. Use an A60 type bulb or equivalent.
How to clean the fan?
Clean the blades and housing with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Never use chemical or abrasive products that could damage the finish.
What is the weight of the fan?
The fan weighs approximately 6.2 kg, requiring a solid ceiling capable of supporting this weight.
Is the fan suitable for sloped ceilings?
Yes, the installation kit includes a suspension rod suitable for sloped ceilings up to 15°. For larger angles, a specific adapter may be required.
What is the product warranty?
The Cecotec warranty is 2 years from the purchase date, covering manufacturing defects. Wear parts such as batteries or bulbs are not covered.
Where to find spare parts?
Spare parts (blades, remote control, mounting kit) are available from Cecotec customer service or on their official website. Keep your purchase receipt.
