How to install the Energysilence Aero 4250 Dc Fresh ceiling fan?
Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Fix the bracket to the ceiling using the provided screws, connect the electrical wires (phase, neutral, and ground) according to the color code, then clip the blades and the light kit. Refer to the diagram in the manual.Turn off the power before any handling.
How to use the fan remote control?
The remote control allows you to adjust the speed (6 levels), activate the timer (1, 2, 4, or 8 hours), and change the rotation direction. Insert AAA batteries (not included) and point at the infrared sensor. If the remote does not work, check the batteries or the range (max 8 m).
How to reverse the rotation direction for winter?
Press the 'Reverse' button on the remote control or use the switch on the housing. In winter, the fan should rotate clockwise to redistribute heat downward. In summer, counterclockwise creates a cooling airflow.
The fan is noisy, what should I do?
Check that the blade screws are tight and no object is in contact with the blades. Make sure the bracket is securely fixed to the ceiling. If the noise persists, contact customer service. This model is designed to operate silently (less than 30 dB).
How to clean the fan?
Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Never use chemical, abrasive products or water directly on the motor. Unplug the appliance before cleaning. For the blades, a duster can be used regularly.
The LED light is not working, what should I check?
Make sure the fan is powered on and the remote control is in light mode. Check the electrical connections at the housing. If the problem persists, the LED module may be defective; contact customer service. Replacement of the LED module can be done by a professional.
What are the exact dimensions of the fan?
The blade diameter is 107 cm (42 inches). The housing height is approximately 30 cm. The net weight is 5.2 kg. The suspension rod (not included) allows installation on a sloped ceiling up to 30°.
Can I use the fan without the remote control?
No, this model is designed to operate exclusively with the remote control. If you lose the remote, order a compatible replacement remote from the manufacturer. There is no pull cord.
What is the power consumption in standby?
Standby consumption is very low, less than 1 W. Thanks to the DC motor, the device is energy efficient. The maximum power is 35 W.
Is the fan guaranteed?
Yes, Cecotec offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Keep the invoice and original packaging. For any claim, contact Cecotec customer service.

General assembly instructions

  • If you hang the fan on a hook, it must withstand at least 100 kg.
  • To prevent personal injury and damage, make sure that the location where the device is going to be installed allows a 2.3-metre clearance from the blades to the floor and a 76-cm clearance from the blades to any wall or object. Fig. 3
  • Make sure that the building structure can hold the full weight of the fan.
  • This fan can be installed on a normal or vaulted ceiling with a downrod. The hanging length can be extended by using a longer downrod.

Assembling the fan based on ceiling type (Fig. 4):

  1. Normal ceilings
  2. Sloped ceilings (might require a longer downrod, not supplied by Cecotec)
  3. Wooden ceilings. Fig. 5
  4. Concrete ceilings. Fig. 6

Fig. 7 key:

To assemble the ceiling fan, follow the steps below (Fig. 3-13):

  1. Remove the lower and upper pins from the downrod and release the hanging ball at the top of the rod.
  2. Pass the wiring from the main body through the downrod.
  3. Attach the downrod to the body by inserting the pin through the downrod and the main-body attachment. Tighten the screws provided on the main-body attachment to properly secure the downrod.
  4. Remove the 4 screws that fix the upper canopy and the installation bracket. Insert the upper canopy through the downrod.
  5. Insert the pin through the pin holes located on the upper end of the downrod. Once inserted, slide the hanging ball upward to the upper end of the downrod and fix it with one of the screws provided. Fig. 8-9
  6. Make sure the pin fits in the slots located inside the hanging ball before screwing it.
  7. Mark the centre of the installation bracket and use both self-tapping screws provided with their corresponding washers and pressure washers to fix the installation bracket to a wooden ceiling.

Warning

Self-tapping screws are only suitable for wooden ceilings. In case of installing the ceiling fan to concrete ceilings or joists, use a drill for making the holes and plugs or expansion screws (not included).

  1. Remove the screws located on the lower part of the motor through the lamp holder.
  2. Insert the blades through the slots in the main body of the motor.
  3. Screw the blades to the blade brackets using the screws, washers, and nuts provided. Given that the blades are reversible, choose the side you want to screw them on. Fig. 10
  4. Fix the LED-light bracket to the main body of the motor by means of the screws on the bottom of the main body. Fig. 11
  5. Once the installation bracket is screwed, connect the wiring. First connect the quick-connect cord to the terminal block on the installation bracket. Following the colour code (Fig. 7). From the opposite end of the terminal block, connect the wiring from the installation of your home.
  6. Lift the fan previously mounted to the installation bracket and insert the hanging ball through the installation-bracket hole.
  7. Connect the cords that come out from the downrod to those from the installation bracket using both quick connectors.
  8. Slide the canopy upwards so that all the connections are stored inside it and screw it to the installation bracket using the 4 screws (2 to each side) removed at the beginning of the installation process.
  9. Connect the LED board to the quick connector on the main body and attach it to the LED-light bracket with the three built-in magnets. Fig. 12
  10. Place the lamp on the bottom of the appliance, using the tabs of the lamp holder to clamp the glass and fully secure it. Fig. 13
