How do I set the time and date on my Baldr B201W?

Press and hold the SET button for 2 seconds to enter time/date settings. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust values and press SET to confirm. The order is: hour, minute, year, month, day.

How do I pair the outdoor sensor with the main unit?

Insert batteries into the outdoor sensor and place it within 30 meters of the main unit. The main unit will automatically detect the sensor. If not, press and hold the CHANNEL button for 3 seconds to force a rescan.

What do the weather forecast icons mean?

The icons indicate predicted weather: Sunny (clear), Partly Cloudy, Cloudy, Rainy, and Snowy. They are based on barometric pressure changes and are not 100% accurate.

Why is my outdoor sensor not showing readings?

Check the sensor batteries and ensure it is within 100 meters line of sight. Move it closer or press the CHANNEL button to reconnect. Also verify that no other devices interfere on the same frequency.

How do I change the batteries?

For the main unit, open the battery compartment on the back and insert 2 AAA batteries with correct polarity. For the outdoor sensor, slide off the cover and replace with 2 AAA batteries. Dispose of old batteries properly.

How do I reset the weather station?

Press and hold the RESET button (usually inside a small hole) with a paperclip for 3 seconds. This restores factory settings and clears all data.

Can I use multiple outdoor sensors?

Yes, the Baldr B201W supports up to 3 wireless sensors. Each sensor must be set to a different channel (1, 2, or 3) via a switch inside the battery compartment. The main unit will display readings from the selected channel.

How do I switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit?

Press the °C/°F button on the back of the main unit to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit. The display will update immediately.

What is the transmission range?

The maximum transmission range between the main unit and outdoor sensor is 100 meters in open space. Walls and obstacles may reduce this range significantly.

How to clean and maintain the weather station?

Wipe the main unit and sensor with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water, solvents, or abrasive cleaners. Avoid exposing to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

GETTING STARTED

MAIN UNIT INSTALLATION

1. Remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert 2x AAA batteries matching the polarity (+and-).

Initialize

After power on, LCD will full display for 1 second, and in the meanwhile hygrometer will detect indoor temperature & humidity, and then it will start to receive outdoor signal which lasts for max 3 minutes

TIME SET

1. Press and hold "AL/SET" button to enter into time setting; the setting data will be flashing in 1Hz.
2. There are 7 languages selectable for weekday display: FR, NE, ES, DR, EN, GE, IT (French, Dutch, Spanish, Danish, English, German, Italian)
3. If no operation for 20 seconds, it will automatically save and exit setting.

ALARM SET

1. On normal time display mode, press "AL/SET" button to switch to alarm display mode.
2. Press and hold "AL/SET" button to enter into alarm time setting mode.
3. If no operation for 20 seconds, it will automatically save and exit setting.

ALARM AND SNOOZE

1. When alarm is ringing, press "SNOOZE/LIGHT" button to activate snooze function. And the alarm will ring again in 5 minutes.
2. Press and hold "SNOOZE/LIGHT" button for more than 3 seconds will stop the alarm; or press any other button to stop the alarm. And the alarm will restart next day.
3. The ascending "Bibi" alarm sound will last for 2 minutes if no operation.

OUTDOOR CHANNEL

1. Hygrometer will auto receive outdoor signal after power on, the receiving status will last for max 3 minutes, the receiving antenna signal will flash, if no signal received in 3 minutes, will not exist and stop receiving outdoor signal
2. The setting order is CH1 --> CH2--> CH3 --> Channel scan (from CH1 to CH2 to CH3, 10 seconds intervals)

The weather forecast icon will show after power on. There are 5 kinds of weather modes: Sunny, Sunny To Cloudy, Cloudy, Rainy, Stormy.

The weather icon displays are based on the hourly calculation of indoor/outdoor temperature and humidity data.

The forecast is for next 12-24 hours.

BALDR provides a 1-year limited warranty on this product against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty service can only be performed by our authorized service center. The original dated bill of sale must be presented upon request as proof of purchase to us, or our authorized service center.

The warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship with the following specified exceptions:(1) damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or neglect (including the lack or reasonable and necessary maintenance); (2) damage occurring during shipment (claims must be presented to the carrier); (3) damage to, or deterioration of any accessory or decorative surface;(4) damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in your owner's manual.

This warranty covers only actual defects within the product itself, and does not cover the cost of installation or removal from a fixed installation, normal set-up or adjustments, claims based on misrepresentation by the seller or performance variations resulting from installation-related circumstances.
