How do I access the purification fan of the Acerpure Cool AC551-50W?
Frequently Asked Questions - 3 d
Response Notice-Facile

The purification motor fan of the Acerpure Cool AC551-50W is not user-accessible. According to the product's technical documentation, this component is an internal non-removable part that can only be serviced by an authorized ACER service center.

Accessible elements on your purifier:

  • 4-in-1 HEPA Filter: Located at the back of the unit, accessible via the removal handle
  • Foam Pre-filter: Removable pre-filter screen for regular cleaning
  • Oscillating Fan: Only the blades of the circulation fan (not the purification motor)

If you need to access the motor fan or if it has a problem (abnormal noise, not spinning, etc.), we recommend contacting an authorized ACER service center. Opening the unit beyond filter replacement may void your warranty and damage the motor assembly.
