How do I clean the Oleoclean Compact FR7016?
Unplug and let cool. Remove the oil tank and wash with warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. The bowl and basket are dishwasher safe. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.

Yes, the Oleoclean system filters and stores oil automatically. You can reuse it up to 8 times for the same type of food. Replace oil if it smells or smokes.
