How do I replace the toner on the RICOH MP1600?

Open the front cover, remove the old toner by pulling the handle, insert the new toner until it clicks, then close the cover. Refer to the user manual for more details.

What should I do in case of a paper jam?

Open the front cover and the rear cover if necessary. Gently remove the jammed paper by pulling in the feed direction. Check that no fragments remain. Close the covers and press Reset.

How do I clean the scanner of the copier?

Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened (with clean water) to clean the scanner glass. Do not use abrasive products. Open the scanner cover and gently clean the glass and the platen.

How do I adjust the copy contrast?

Press the Copy button, then use the + or - buttons to adjust the contrast. You can also select an automatic mode. Refer to the Image Adjustment section of the manual.
