Frequently Asked Questions - SBG-7102 SINBO

How do I assemble the Sinbo SBG-7102 barbecue?
Assembly is straightforward: attach the legs using the provided screws, place the grill grate on the support, and secure the ash tray underneath. Refer to the user manual for detailed steps.
What type of fuel does this barbecue use?
The SBG-7102 is designed for charcoal fuel. Do not use gas or other fuels as it may damage the unit.
How do I clean the barbecue after use?
Wait for the barbecue to cool completely. Remove the grill grate and wash with warm soapy water. Use a brush to scrub off residue. Empty the ash catcher and wipe the interior with a damp cloth.
Can I use this barbecue indoors?
No, this barbecue is for outdoor use only. Using it indoors can cause carbon monoxide poisoning and fire hazards.
How do I control the temperature?
Adjust the air vent at the bottom to control airflow. More air increases temperature, less air reduces it. Keep the lid closed for even heat.
What should I do if the grill grate rusts?
Clean the rust with a wire brush, then apply a thin coat of cooking oil to prevent further rust. For severe rust, replace the grate.
Is assembly tool-free?
Some screws require a screwdriver (not included). Basic tools like a Phillips screwdriver are recommended.
How do I dispose of charcoal ashes?
Ensure ashes are completely cool (wait at least 24 hours). Place them in a metal container with a lid, then dispose with regular trash.
Can I cook with the lid open?
Yes, but cooking with the lid open results in direct heat and faster cooking. Closing the lid creates an oven effect for even cooking.
Where can I find spare parts?
Spare parts such as the grill grate, ash tray, and legs can be ordered through Sinbo customer service or authorized dealers. Check the manual for part numbers.
