Remove all packaging before use.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1 This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been supervised/instructed and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and cable out of reach of children under 8 years.
2 Do not use attachments other than those we supply.
3 Do not use the appliance if it is damaged or malfunctions.
4 This product is battery operated only.
5 This product uses alkaline batteries. At the end of their life the batteries must be removed from the appliance and be recycled or disposed of properly in accordance with your state and local requirements.
6 Do not put in fire or mutilate your batteries when disposing as they may burst and release toxic materials.
7 Turn off when cleaning.
8 Do not immerse the appliance in liquid; do not use it near water in a bath-tub, basin or other vessel; and don't use it outdoors.

GETTING STARTED
\* Inserting Batteries: Eyelash Curler
- Your eyelash curler requires 1 'AAA' alkaline battery (included). We recommend that you use Varta® batteries.
- Ensure the product is switched off.
- Hold the upper part of the eyelash curler and gently slide the lower part off.
- Insert 1 alkaline 'AAA' battery positive end down.
- Slide the bottom part back onto the unit, ensuring the notch slides over the On/Off switch.

Removing Batteries: Eyelash Curler
- Hold the upper part of the eyelash curler and gently slide the lower part off.
- Remove the battery.
★ Inserting Batteries: Tweezers
- Your tweezers come with 3 x cell batteries (included).
To change the Batteries:
• Unscrew the battery compartment (anticlockwise) (fig. 1).
- Remove the old batteries from the battery compartment.
- Replace with new batteries with the positive end facing up (fig. 2).
- Screw the battery compartment back together (clockwise) (fig. 3).

- If you suffer from eye problems or have a history of eye problems, consult your doctor before use.
- Do not allow the heated comb to come into contact with the skin or surface of the eye.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Switch the product on by sliding up the on/off switch.
- The temperature indicator on the back of the comb will turn red when the ideal temperature is reached and the product is ready to use.
Note: if the indicator does not turn red after 5 minutes, it is time to change the battery.
To Curl the Lashes
- Begin with the middle lashes and then move to the inner and outer lashes.
- Hold the heated comb against the lashes and brush upwards, use slow gentle strokes that last approximately 5 seconds.
- When you reach the tip of your lashes, gently push the lashes back and hold the curler there for an additional 5 seconds.
* CAUTION: Do not hold the curler on one area for more than 10 seconds.
- Repeat this process until you achieve your desired curl.
* TIP: For best results, curl the lashes before applying mascara.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
This product is not washable.
• If you wish to clean this product:
- Wait until the product has cooled down.
- Ensure it is switched off and the battery has been removed.
- Use a damp cloth to wipe the outside of the handle and gently wipe the comb to remove any mascara or hair.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
To avoid environmental and health problems due to hazardous substances in electrical and electronic goods, appliances marked with this symbol must not be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste, but recovered, reused or recycled.
