Frequently Asked Questions - Exeo 2500 TAURUS

How to empty the dust bin?
Press the release button on the dust container and remove it. Hold over a trash bin, press the bottom flap to open and empty contents. Do not use water on the motor protection filter.
How to clean the HEPA filter?
Remove the filter from the vacuum. Tap it gently to remove dust. If heavily soiled, wash it under cold running water. Dry completely for 24 hours before reinserting.
How often should the filter be replaced?
The HEPA filter should be replaced every 6-12 months depending on usage. A dirty filter reduces suction and motor life.
What accessories can I use for hard floors?
Use the provided combination brush with the bristles extended to avoid scratches. Alternatively, use the dedicated hard floor nozzle if available.
Why is my vacuum losing suction?
Check for blockages in the hose, tube, or floor nozzle. Also, ensure the dust bin is not full and the filter is clean. Clogged filters are the most common cause.
How do I rewind the power cord?
Hold the plug and press the cord rewind button on the vacuum. Guide the cord evenly to avoid tangling. Do not release the plug while rewinding.
Can the vacuum be used on carpets?
Yes, it is suitable for low to medium pile carpets. Set the floor nozzle to the appropriate height or use the carpet setting if available.
How to store the vacuum cleaner?
Park the floor nozzle in the designated horizontal parking position on the back of the vacuum. Wrap the cord around the hooks and store in a dry place.
What does the dustbin full indicator mean?
When the indicator turns red, the dust bin is full or airflow is restricted. Empty the bin and clean the filter to restore performance.
How to clean the hose if blocked?
Disconnect the hose from the vacuum and tube. Use a long object like a broom handle to gently push out the blockage. Do not use sharp objects.
