Fast heat technology and 9 temperature settings (120 t/m 200B) combine to provide styling versatility for all hair textures. If you have fine hair a low temperature will provide the best results. If you have thick, wavy or coarse hair, use a higher heat setting. You can vary the temperature according to your particular need

Operating instructions Carmen True Curls

1. Plug the power cord into any household outlet (110-240V).
2. Press "ON/OFF" button, the conical iron would be start work, the LCD display will illuminate, the screen would be show the blue backlight, it would be stop illuminate when the conical iron temperature is reached.
3. The default temperature is 160°C.
4. Use "+"\"-\"buttons to raise or lower the temperature to your desired setting. Please be careful as the iron will heat up very quickly.
5. To lock the temperature control to your desired setting, press "ON/OFF button two times continuously. To unlock the temperature control, press "ON/OFF button two times continuously.
6. Never leave your curling iron on and unattended. Should you fail to turn the iron off, it will shut itself off automatically within 60 minutes.
7. Section damp or dry hair evenly, and comb through before styling. Place

conical tong midway up the hair section and wind hair evenly from the large tip of conical tong. Gently wind the hair down to the fine tip of conical tong until the hair ends is just wind over.

1. To avoid scald your fingers, don't let your fingers to touch the hot conical tong except you fingers wear the resistance hot glove.
2. To avoid crimped ends, make sure they are securely wound under the barrel in the direction of the desired curl.
3. Wind the hair up as far as you want it curled, being careful not to let the iron touch the scalp. Hold in place for 5-8 seconds depending on the texture and length of your hair. For tighter, bouncier curls, roll less hair. For loose, free-flowing curls, roll more hair.
4. Pull the iron away to remove the conical tong. To "set" the curl, do not comb or brush hair until it cools.
5. Switch off the appliance using the ON/OFF switch. The LCD display will go off.

> Cleaning and maintenance

This appliance is intended for household use. Unplug product before cleaning. The product must be cleaned only when cool.

Use a soft non-abrasive cloth that is slightly dampened with water to wipe styling barrel surface. Do not allow water or any other liquid to get into the handle of the iron. Any other servicing should be performed by a qualified service center.

The product should not be stored while hot or plugged in. When not in use, allow curling iron to cool, then simply put back in the box and store out of

reach of children in safe, dry location. Never wrap the cord around the curling iron. This could cause the cord to wear prematurely and break.
