How to turn the Sunstech SHIVA MP3 player on and off?

To turn on, press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds. To turn off, press and hold the same button until the screen turns off.

How to transfer music to the Sunstech SHIVA?

Connect the player to your computer using the included USB cable. The player will appear as a removable drive. Copy your music files to the Music folder or the root directory.

What audio formats are compatible with this player?

The Sunstech SHIVA supports MP3, WMA, WAV, and FLAC formats for optimal audio quality.

Can I use a microSD card to increase the capacity?

Yes, insert a microSD card (up to 32 GB) into the designated slot. Music should be placed in the Music folder on the card.

How to listen to FM radio?

From the menu, select FM Radio. Plug in the earphones (they serve as an antenna) and perform an auto search for stations. Use the navigation buttons to change frequencies.

What is the battery life?

The battery life is approximately 8 hours of continuous MP3 playback. Time may vary depending on volume and functions used.

How to charge the battery?

Connect the microUSB cable to a USB charger (5V, 500mA minimum) or a computer USB port. The indicator shows charging. A full charge takes about 2 hours.

What to do if the player does not turn on?

First, check that the battery is charged. Connect it to a power source for a few minutes. If the problem persists, try to reset by pressing the reset button (small hole) with a paperclip.

How to use voice recording?

In the menu, select Voice Recording. Press the Record button to start, and again to stop. Files are saved in WAV format in the Record folder.

Is the Sunstech SHIVA compatible with Bluetooth earphones?

No, this model does not have Bluetooth. It uses a standard 3.5 mm jack for wired earphones.
