Why is the Powerline LED off?
Ensure both adapters are plugged directly into wall sockets (not power strips) and are on the same electrical circuit. The LED should turn on when a connection is established.
What is the maximum data speed of the AV1000?
The AV1000 supports up to 1000 Mbps, but actual speeds depend on your home's wiring quality and distance.
Can I use the AV1000 with routers from other brands?
Yes, the AV1000 is compatible with any router that has an Ethernet port, regardless of brand.
How many powerline adapters can I connect?
You can connect up to 16 adapters on the same network, but performance may decrease with more than 8.
Does the AV1000 support WiFi?
No, the AV1000 is a wired powerline adapter without Wi-Fi. For Wi-Fi, consider the TP-Link AV1000 Powerline Wi-Fi Kit.
