How to turn the tablet on and off?

Press the Power button on the side of the tablet for 3 seconds to turn it on. To turn it off, press and hold the button and select 'Power off' from the menu.

How to insert a microSD card?

Open the cover on the side of the tablet. Insert the microSD card with the gold contacts facing up until it clicks. Close the cover.

What to do if the screen is unresponsive?

Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to force a restart. If the problem persists, perform a factory reset via settings.

How to transfer files to a computer?

Connect the tablet to the computer via the micro USB cable. On the tablet, swipe down the notification bar and select 'File transfer' (MTP). The computer will recognize the tablet as a storage device.

Battery drains quickly, what to do?

Reduce screen brightness, disable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use, and close background apps. If the problem persists, consider a battery replacement by a professional.

How to take a screenshot?

Press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button simultaneously for 2 seconds. The screenshot will be saved in the gallery.

Which charger to use?

Use only the provided charger (5V/2A) or a compatible charger. An unsuitable charger could damage the battery.

How to reset the tablet to factory settings?

Go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm the operation. All data will be erased.
