How to change the unit of measure from °C to °F?

Press the button on the back of the device to switch between °C and °F.

How to replace the battery?

Open the battery compartment on the back of the device, remove the old battery and insert a new LR44 battery, observing polarity.

Where to place the thermometer for an accurate measurement?

Place the thermometer away from direct sunlight, drafts and heat sources (radiators, electrical appliances). Ideally at living area height, at least 1.5 m from the floor.

The thermometer displays 'Err' or abnormal values, what to do?

Check that the battery is correctly installed and not depleted. If the problem persists, replace the battery. If the error continues, the device may be defective.

No, this thermometer is designed for indoor use only. It is not waterproof and could be damaged by humidity or weather.

Yes, the display is continuous. To save battery, you can remove the battery if not used for a long period.

How to view the min and max temperatures?

Press the MEM button (or press and hold) to display the recorded minimum and maximum temperature. To clear the memory, hold the button for several seconds until the values flash and then disappear.

What to do if the screen becomes faint or unreadable?

This usually indicates a low battery. Replace it with a new LR44 battery.

Is there a warranty on this product?
