Before using this blender, the following precautions should always be followed:

• Before using the blender, check that the voltage of the wall outlet corresponds to the voltage shown on the rating plate.
• Do not operate this blender with a damaged cord or plug or if the blender malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner. If the blender shows any signs of damage, contact help.Kogan.com for support.
• Always disconnect the blender from the power when leaving it unattended or when assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or hot surface.
• Do not immerse the blender into water as this can cause electric shock.
• Close supervision is necessary when the blender is being used near children.
• Avoid contacting moving parts of the blender.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the bowl while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury or damaging the blender. A scraper may be used only when the blender is not running.
• Do not use this blender for chopping ice or blending hard or dry substances, as this will blunt the blade.
• To reduce the risk of injury, always ensure the bowl is properly in position before placing the blade inside it.
• Ensure the food processor lid is securely locked in place before operating the blender.
• Do not use accessories with this blender that are not supplied by Kogan.com.
• Do not use this appliance for anything other than its intended use.

OPERATION

Blender

1. Attach the stem to the motor unit and turn it clockwise until it locks into place. To detach the stem, turn it anticlockwise.
2. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
3. Press and hold the high-speed button to operate the blender at the highest speed or press and hold the low-speed button and rotate the speed control dial to adjust the speed from 1-5 (lowest to highest).
4. Stop the blender by releasing the low-speed button or high-speed button.

Notes:

• Clean the blender before first use.
• The blender has a blade attached. Handle with care.
• It is recommended to add a small amount of purified water to the bowl when blending fruit to smooth the mixture.
• Cut fruit and vegetables into small pieces before blending (15 x 15 x 15mm).
• The max. operation duration must not exceed 1 minute. Rest the blender for 1 minute before operating again.

Food Processor

The food processor is suitable for chopping meat.

1. Place the food processor bowl on a clean, level surface.
2. Insert the food processor blade into the bowl. Caution: The blade is very sharp. Only hold the blade from the plastic shaft.

1. Place food into the food processor bowl.

Note:

• When processing meat, cut the meat into small pieces and remove all bones.
• The max. quantity of food in the bowl must not exceed 200g when processing.

• The max. operation duration must not exceed 1 minute. Rest the food processor for 3 minutes before operating again.

• Place the lid on the bowl, ensuring the gaps on the inside wall of the bowl aligns with the grooves on the lid. Rotate the lid clockwise until it locks into position. To detach the lid, rotate the lid anti-clockwise.

Lock

1. Insert the motor unit into the hole on the lid and turn it clockwise until it locks into position.

1. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.

2. Press and hold the high-speed button to operate the food processor at the highest speed or press and hold the low-speed button and rotate the speed control dial to adjust the speed from 1-5 (lowest to highest).

3. Stop the food processor by releasing the low-speed button or high-speed button. Unplug the power cord, then remove the motor unit from the lid by turning it anticlockwise.

4. Open the lid by turning it in anti-clockwise and remove the processed food.

Notes:

• Do not assemble the food processor without first putting the bowl properly in place.
• Ensure the food processor lid is securely locked in place before operating.
• After processing, disassemble the motor unit from the food processor lid first, then remove the lid. Never remove the food processor lid with the motor unit attached.

Whisk

The whisk is suitable for beating egg whites.

1. Attach the whisk to the motor unit and turn it clockwise until it locks into place. To detach the whisk, turn it anti-clockwise.
2. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
3. Place the egg whites into a bowl.
4. Lower the whisk into the bowl. Press and hold the high-speed button to operate the whisk at the highest speed or press and hold the low-speed button and rotate the speed control dial to adjust the speed from 1-5 (lowest to highest).
5. Stop the whisk by releasing the low-speed button or high-speed button.

Note:

The max. operation duration must not exceed 2 minutes. Rest the whisk for 3 minutes before operating again.

Milkshake Stick

1. Connect the milkshake stick to the whisk attachment. Then, connect the attachment to the motor body and turn it clockwise until it locks into place. To detach the milkshake stick, turn it anti-clockwise.
2. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
3. Place the milkshake ingredients into a bowl, 150g of milk will require 1 minute of blending.
4. Lower the milkshake stick into the bowl. Press and hold the high-speed button to operate the milkshake stick at the highest speed or press and hold the low-speed button and rotate the speed control dial to adjust the speed from 1-5 (lowest to highest).
5. Stop the milkshake stick by releasing the low-speed button or high-speed button.

Note:

The max. operation duration must not exceed 2 minutes. Rest the beater for 3 minutes before operating again.

CLEANING & CARE

1. Unplug the appliance and remove the stem.
2. Wash the stem under running water, without the use of abrasive cleaners or detergents.
3. Place the stem upright so that any water which may have got in can drain out.
4. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water as this can cause electric shock.
5. Dry the stem and motor unit thoroughly.

Notes:

• Do not immerse the stem in water as this can damage the blade over time.
• Blades are very sharp. Handle with care.

Quick Cleaning

Between uses, operate the blender in a cup half filled with water and turn on for a few seconds to clean it.

Dishwasher

The blender stem, whisk, milkshake stick, measuring cup and bowl are dishwasher safe.

Disposal
