Important:

Please read this users manual before using this helmet.

Our helmets are designed to meet all of your requirements. The helmet is lightweight, provides maximum comfort through proper ventilation, is beautifully styled and extremely safe. The helmet protects against head injuries. Your safety is our greatest interest and therefore this helmet is produced with great care and underwent strict quality control during the entire production process.

Important Warning:

This helmet is designed for bicycling, skateboarding and roller-skating. This lightweight helmet is not suitable for use by drivers of motorized vehicles.

• This helmet does not guarantee 100% protection against all possible accidents. Some accidents can have such impact on the helmet that they exceed the concerning helmet conventions.
• If you've been involved in a possible accident in which your helmet is perhaps invisibly damaged, we advise you to replace the helmet, or let it be checked by a appropriate authority or person.

RENEGADE

- Modifications on your helmet are not recommended. Modifications or adjustments which are carried out by yourself can lead to less safety in case of a possible accident.

Your own Safety:

It is important for the helmet to fit snugly on your head and must be fastened to provide maximum protection. All adjustments should be checked each time the helmet is worn, making sure it fits snugly at all time. Failure to follow each instruction can result in serious injury or death.

Position of the helmet:

The helmet should sit level on your head and low on your forehead - one or two finger widths above your eyebrow. The Helmet Must Cover Your Forehead.

Fit:

A well-fitted helmet is comfortable. You should forget you are wearing it most of the time, just like a seat belt or a pair of shoes. If it impinges on your riding enjoyment, something is wrong. If it still does not fit, keep working with the straps and pads.

Adjusting the chin straps:

The adjustable slides at the straps should be positioned straight under the ear so a "Y" form exists. You can adjust the length of the straps through the buckle.

Adjusting the Turning lock:

To guarantee optimal fastening of your helmet, you must use the turning lock correctly. After you positioned the helmet correctly on your head through the straps the last thing you have to do is tighten the turning lock. The turning lock has two turning directions to tighten or loosen the helmet. Rotate the turning lock until you feel your head is secured and comfortable and not too tight.

NOTE: Please check adjustment every time this helmet is worn.

Extreme temperature conditions may damage the helmet. Do not leave it in places where such conditions exists; e.g. in the back of the car.

Taking care of your helmet:

To guarantee a long helmet life, we advise you following:

• Clean your helmet with a soft cloth.
• Use soap diluted with water.
  • The use of chemical detergent is prohibited.
• Paint and other solvents can affect your helmet.
• Ignoring the instructions by this manual can loss your warranty.

Guarantee:

A helmet with proven material or production mistakes will be repaired or replaced provided that the helmet will be returned within one year after purchase. Laps of guarantee will occur in the following situations:

• Damages caused by improper use
- Damage arising from not correctly taken care of the product.
- Wearing the wrong size with a wrong fit as result.
- Do it yourself adjustments.
• Using the helmet at an other way than the supplier instructed.

If you think you be considered for guarantee, take your helmet to the outlet where you bought the helmet. This outlet will take care of correct dispatch of your guarantee.
