General Safety Information

Getting Started

This vacuum cleaner is intended for household use only and NOT for commercial or industrial use. Please keep instructions for further use.

When using the vacuum cleaner basic safety precautions should always be observed, including the following:
1. Only use the vacuum cleaner indoors or dry surfaces.
2. Turn off the or/fall switch on the vacuum cleaner controls before ascending or connecting from the mains supply.
3. Always up run, the vacuum elevator before connecting or decontrolling the vacuum base and apparatuses.

Initial setup for normal operation

1. Use the base accessories.
2. Shortest nose
   Extension tube set to short test practicable length.
3. Clear filters installed
4. Dust receptacle empty
5. All Bleeds must be closed.

6. Variable Power set in Maximum

7. Floor heads/tools set to Carpet Mode for carpet cleaning.

8. Mechanical Agitation turned ON for carpet cleaning.
9. Floor heads/tools set to Hard Floor Mode for hard floor cleaning.
10. Mechanical Agitation set turned OFF for hard floor cleaning.

Before sugging the cord into the electrical outlet, there are sure the switch is in the off position. Hold the vacuum clearer firmly when starting and in use.

Assembling your upright

Attach the hose end to the floorhead ensuring it clicks into place. (All accessories can be used by either attaching them to the handle or the hose).

How to use

Twist the cord holder to release the cord.

Plug in your machine and turn it on.

For brusbar position, press the brushear oryoft button at the top of the unit. Brushtar on - carpets. Brushtar off - pass forcs.

Decline the unit and twist the handle to manoeuvre under and around furniture.

Don't over fill the container to avoid clogging your filters.

How To Use Looking After Your Machine – Filters

Using accessories

NOTE: The 2 in 1 feel, turbo vol, and other looks can be selected to the telescopic lobe or directly to the hose.

NOTE: Switch off the brushcar before using any accessories/hose/leascopic extension tube.

Attach accessory to hose end.

IMPORTANT: Hold unit when using hose or telescopic extension tube for above floor clearing.

Stair cleaning (Pet, Reach, Total Home models)

Remove stretch hose.

Attach stretch base-to telescopic extension tube.

Now you can easily clean the full height of your stars.

WARNING: Always switch off and unplug the vacuum cleaner, from the electrical socket before assembling, opening or replacing the dirt container, or before connecting/disc Connecting the attachments.

IMPORTANT: Wash filters with warm water (10°C max) at least every 3 months. Do not use your vacuum cleaner without all of the filters in place.

Looking After Your Machine – Removing Blockages

FAQs

IMPORTANT: If the air inlet, nose or telescopic tube is blocked, switch of the vacuum cleaner and remove the blockage(s) before re-starting the vacuum cleaner.

Removing debris from the brushbar

A RED light will indicate a jammed brushbar.

Switch of your vacuum cleaner at the main socket. Using a pair of scissors, cut any hair or bead's free from around the brushbar.

A GREEN light indicates no blockages in the brushbar.
IMPORTANT: Unplug and switch off vacuum cleaner before maintenance of troubleshooting checks

Why won't the vacuum cleaner pick up?

- The separator may be dropped, unless color is the Locking After Year Machine - 1 (end) page at this use guide (lab).

- There may be a blockage in the hose, please check the hose and remove the blockage

• The dirt container may be 'full or blocked, please refer to the Locking After Your Machine Emctying and clearing dirt container' page of this year using (ph)

• The cirt container may be incorrectly installed, please ensure the cirt container is locked in place

• The brushbar may not be turning, please refer to the Looking After Your Machine - Removing Blockages' page in this user juice (p7)

Why won't the accessories pick up properly?

- The TurboToo, may be blocked, please refer to the 'Looking After Your Machine - Removing Blockages' page in this user guide (p7) - The accessory may be broken

What do I do if an accessory/the unit becomes damaged or broken?

- Please check at the damage is with the accessory or the unit. To do this, firstly remove the necessary from the unit and shock if there is suction

from the hose. If there is suction from the hose this confirms that the damage is with the accessory.

Why is dust escaping from the vacuum?

- The filters may not be installed correctly, please refer to the 'Looking After Your Machine'. Filters' page of the user guide (p6)

- The exit condition may be 'full or boosted, please refer to the 'Leaking After Your Machine - Lrrctying and viewing dirt container' page of this user's juice (cp)

• The filters may need cleaning, please refer to the "Looking After Your Machine Filters" page of this user guide (p6):

Why does my vacuum cleaner have no power?

- It may not be plugged into the electric socket correctly. Ensure that the plug is pushed into the electrical socket security

• The electrical socket may not be working. Check the fuse or breaker and consult an electrician

- The motor thermostat may have tripped. Switch of and unplug the vacuum cleaner. Check the unit for blockages, clean the filters - please refer to the "Looking After Your Machine" - Filters' page of this user guide (p6) and clean the separator (please refer to the "Looking After Your Machine" - Emptying and cleaning dirt container" page of this user guide (p6). Leave the vacuum cleaner for 24 hours before switching the vacuum cleaner back on

Why Isn't my brushbar rotating?

Why does the vacuum cleaner cut out?

- The motor is equipped with a thermal cut-out. If for any reason the unit should overheat, the thermostat will automatically turn the unit off. Should this occur, unplug the vacuum cleaner from the electrical socket and turn off the switch. Remove are empty the dirt container. Check the heat for headlines. Clean the films. Allow the unit to call for approximately 1 hour. Fill you have cleaned the films you will need to wait 24 hours by the filter's to dry before pulling them back in the machine?
